Good way to see Inner Harbor

This is where we stay when our out-of-town baseball team comes around. We always enjoy the location.

Getaway

This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel. We stayed for two nights on Fourth of July weekend. On July 5th we did not have anyone ask us if we needed service on our room. Housekeeping went right past our room. We called the front desk around 3pm to ask for towels and toilet paper. Two and a half hours later housekeeping came and asked us if we needed service. I told her that we needed towels and toilet paper, she said she had no clean towels and she will bring us some up. An hour later I called back to the front desk to ask how are we suppose to take a shower with no clean towels. They finally sent some up. We should of checked out and then rechecked in so that we could of had a clean room with towels and toilet paper.

Great location in Harbor East. Across the street from my favorite restaurant and shopping. Reasonably priced, good sized room and clean. No complaints.

Perfect location and great accommodations!

We had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn this weekend. It was located just around the corner from a reunion we were attending and only a short walk away from Little Italy where we had a great dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the free wifi and parking was conveniently located behind the building and accessible via elevator from the lobby.

Just a few blocks from Little Italy where you can find loads of great restaurants. If you'd like to go to the movies, there's a movie theater 2 doors down.

Beautiful room, good location, no hot water

The room was very nice and the location was perfect. Unfortunately my room had no hot water. When I asked about this, the staff called the maintenance department and were told that my room had no hot water. It wasn't clear whether this was just an issue with my room or a temporary condition for the whole hotel. I didn't have time to wait, and went to my interview without being able to shower.

Great trip

We had an appointment at Johns Hopkins and decided to stay in the area for the night. My hubands favorite restaurant, Roy's, was right across the street and we went to a concert that was about 1/2 mile from the hotel. Perfect location and great staff. Easy to walk to lots of shops and I almost forgot...Starbucks is next door!!

Family vacation

The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel location can't be beat, walking distance to everything. Great breakfast. On a negative side- double beds are on the small side. We were charged for valet parking that we didn't use. However, it was removed from our bill without question.

Nice Place

The location of the hotel was great. However, be prepared to become confused as you arrive at the hotel. The signage out front is deceiving. The lobby is split into two hotels and there in only 1 front door with little or no room to park before you check in (You may need to circle the block several times). After you are greeted, you will then be informed that there is a parking deck and given a map. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Facility is well maintained. All in all a nice place to stay.

poor choice

This hotel is pretty on the outside and has a great workout facility connected to it. The rooms however had some problems. The bathroom double doors do not close all the way leaving a 4 inch gap. This coupled with a lack of bathroom vent fan gives you no privacy. You can see and hear all from someone in the bathroom. I had taken my son there to go to a specialty hospital. They would not give me the vouchers guaranteed by the hospital social worker because I booked on travel site.. A little compassion would have been nice. Not only did they deny the voucher, she said "too bad = you would have gotten free breakfast too."
