Comfortable and Convenient
I've stayed here twice for work. The hotel is currently under construction for renovations. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The free breakfast is nice. The hotel is connected to a Whole Foods which is convenient. The standard rooms are ok, but the suites with the fridge and microwave are much better. Only complaints are that there was quite a bit of black mold in the shower and the beverage/snack machine on my floor did not work. But, will stay here again. Good pizza place around the corner. I look forward to the new cafe for additional dining options.

Weekend with friends
My friends and I got a hotel room so we could enjoy the Baltimore city. The room was clean, though found a dirty sock. The staff that checked us in was great but I have to say that the late night staff need to be reminded what customer service is. There was clearly an attitude and I was made to feel bad for simply requesting extra blankets. The location is ideal and despite the remodel it was a nice stay. I would return but I might think twice before calling the front desk.

Nice long weekend getaway
Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to the time we left. Check in was quick, the staff was helpful, room was nice , everything was in walking distance from the hotel. From Little Italy to the harbor. We walked every where we went never used our car. The room was a king size, and kept clean. The restaurant was nice we did not order the buffet but you can order it on their menu along with other breakfest items. The lounge was nice and charming. And the staff was great. Will use the courtyard next time we are in towm.

Great location
The hotel is located within walking distance of Inner Harbor and Fells Point. Sstaff at the breakfast buffet were helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the parking fee which was moderately expensive but seemed to be in line with other parking garages in the area.

Great location, great value
The hotel is perfectly situated between the Inner Harbor and Fell's Point, so that you could easily walk to both. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable for the downtown location as well. We would stay again without hesitation.
