not happy but not tottaly dissatified
we stayed there to attend a ravens vs Pittsburgh football game. it was an 8:30pm start time. we arrived at approximately 3pm. we went to the bar for something to eat and drink before the game. service was slow and it seemed that they weren't properly staffed. we were told the bar would be open after the game til 1:30. not the case. we got back at 12:15 and were informed the bar was closing. the place was packed with more people arriving.

Too expensive for the quality
This hotel is good for business (good facilities for meetings, beautiful meeting rooms) but not for family : too expensive (too much amenities for fees). Bad ratio quality / price, bad value for money, bad overlooking, no pool. Sorry but we went to a wrong hotel, not for families !

Perfect weekend vacation
We arrived before our check in time and our room was ready. When we entered the room it was pristine. Our reaction was WOW! We enjoyed the sights as well as two baseball games. Our previous trip was enjoyable as well even though we stayed at a different hotel. The buffet breakfast was great and the food was fresh, well prepared and our waitress was kind and polite.

Nice property!
Proximity of the hotel to Camden Yards was our interest in staying at the Marriot Inner Harbor (it's just 2 blocks away). The hotel was very well appointed, the staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Room service was pricey but prompt and the quality of the food was very good. Only negative was that the rooms were not very soundproof. We could clearly hear the couple's conversation in the room next door!

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
Tons to do in Baltimore's Inner Harbor with just a short walk away, from shopping, the aquarium, boat rides, tours, and of course baseball & football. Great to go anytime of the year, but it really must be experienced in the warmer months.

great location and a good price
great location, very nice hotel only complaint was that parking was 24 dollars a day, for the price of the room free parking would have really made a difference.

Great Inner Harbor Retreat
Very friendly staff, good parking and a great location if you want to visit Baltimore. We really appreciated the little "Cheat Sheet" they gave us when checking in. It described hotel amenities and important phone numbers on one side and simple directions for getting around the area on the other.

Fun family getaway and great location
The hotel was very nice and had a great location...close to everything! Disappointed at the late night partying on our floor and the waiter we had in the bar Sunday evening made us feel like we wer bothering him (never came to see if meals were right/ok, no ketchup with 2 meals having fried and checked on our drinks we had to approach another watiress about getting refills. I didn't like ending our trip that why. ALL lobby personel was great!
