Not bad
They had an excellent breakfast and my kids appreciated that. The pool wasn't that nice and the fitness room was not very nice either. If you are looking for a well priced hotel with large complimentary breakfast, then this would be for you.

Perfectly Fine If You Want To Be Near The Inner Harbor
I chose the Best Western because it has free parking, free breakfast, free shuttle to the Inner Harbor, and a pool. Be forewarned - the shuttle requires ADVANCE reservations and only leaves hourly, the pool has limited hours. I brought a concern to the manager and he was defensive and condescending. Other than that, it's clean, close to the expressway, and a good value for the money considering you're only miles from the Inner Harbor. Ask for a room that faces the Harbor.

A great place
The room was gorgeous - and I had a really nice view of Baltimore. The staff was really nice, efficient without being pushy or overbearing. This really was a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Obama Inauguration
This was a great find. My friends made reservations also, and we were all very pleased. I wish there were more restaurants & attractions in the area but we found the White Marsh Mall. The staff was awesome. Rooms were clean. I travel a lot so I can assure you I will use Best Western again. As a matter of fact we are planning another trip out here and will definitely stay at the Best Western on O'Donnell. Everyone deserve a raise. Thank you so much.

Great weekend getaway
After arriving at the hotel we realized some of us had stayed here before. Beds are very comfy! Location is wonderful - close to freeways, downtown, Inner Harbor.... The free breakfasts were excellent, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, ...on and on...great way to save $$$ on a meal. We will stay here again!

Need some improvements!
hotel was too quiet but had to wait too long to check in due to short staffing per receptionist.They were not that helpful for information we need in their place.breakfast served were same throughout our stay,better than nothing though.overall is fair!!!

Nice Hotel, Bad side of town
The hotel itself is nice. An above average hotel with nice amenities, but don't leave at night. Anyone from Baltimore knows this is the bad side of town.

could have been great!
Fairly good location, but a lot of misinformation. Shuttle was only once an hour. Breakfast was barely worth FREE. Waffles were like cardboard. Eggs were a mix. Good coffee. The room which they swithced, was very noisy. You could hear every door slam, when people went to their rooms. Rooms were nice.
