Disappointing
I realize that we arrived on the day after the Preakness, but the ice machine didn't work, there were towels for one, not two, orange juice and coffee were non-existant at breakfast (and no staff to address the issue.) The lack of information about parking - and no help with luggage - made arrival and departure dificult. The location in convenient to Inner Harbor, but not much else to recommend it.

Southern Travelers
Just fair
The staff was nice, but our room had a 3-inch ring of dust around the edges where the vacuum cleaner never quite reached, and there was a pile of dust in the corner of the bathroom where dust from a wall repair had never been cleaned up. The bathroom door screamed like a banshee when it was opened or closed, and even after we requested it be oiled, was not fixed. Not a room I'd go out of my way to stay in again.

Poor Location if Just on Vacation
There are no restaurants nearby, there are no local pubs nearby. The only thing near is a Walgreens, and you feel like you need to go through a metal detector to enter the store. If you are on a family vacation; this is not the place to stay.

Nice hotel, terrible locale.
Situated in the middle of 2 buildings & 2 blocks from parking . . . the walk did not impress me. Especially when I happened to look down an alley, and saw some huge rats on my to the entrance. Windows in the room bore curtains to hide the side of another building. So, don't expect a beautiful view of the city. But, the room was pretty nice nevertheless. The front desk attendant was knowledgeable & the full breakfast was good. My final opinion . . . the hotel needs to be relocated.

Double charged at check out
When I arrive at night the man in front desk was very helpful to advice the street parking rules. The room is clean. Free breakfast is good to have. However when I checked out the next morning the different man at front desk charged the room expense and tax etc. to my credit card, which is double charge because I already paid via Or-bitz. I thought it may be the charge included in Or-bitz total quote. But when I checked on credit card record when I come back to home I found it was extra charge. This is definitely not a Amenity.

While room rate was good-value & location close-in, room rug was very dirty, leaves & stuuf under desk.. Nail clipping are still behind bedside table!! Yuk! Next time I'll pay more for cleaner room.
