Escape on the Cape
The Cape Point Hotel is a great place to stay. With an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas and close proximity to Hyannis, lots to do and enjoyable for a family getaway. The price was right, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant. We got there only to realize that this is the very same place we stayed two years ago on another getaway to the cape - that was a nice surprise! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

School Vacation. It's a Jungle Out There
It would be unfair to judge the hotel completely on this trip alone. It was the middle of school vacation. There were screaming kids everywhere. The environment was less than it could've been more because of parents who let their kids run wild than hotel management or staff.

Hotel pictures shown misleading
Unfortunately our two night stay at this hotel was not one of the more pleasant stays that we have experienced with other bookings. Hotel was not the class rating as listed and was not representative of the photos we saw. Room was smaller, outdated decorations, small TV and heating/fan would not stay on. Hotel was booked with a family reunion and quilters convention which normally would not bother us. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were a cloudy light green water on arrival. We are not the picky type but were not impressed with the overall condition and layout of the hotel. Nothing more than multiple hallways to rooms, small conference rooms and no formal lobby/ sitting area. Bathroom fan worked only on second day. Sorry not impressed even for the low rate.

Relaxing Retreat!
The hotel is located on a main strip in West Yarmouth with many restaurants and shopping centers within a short driving distance. The hotel itself includes free parking, an indoor and outdoor pool, game room, and a koi pond with a waterfall. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom. The staff from the moment we checked in was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. One morning we slept in and the maid service left fresh towels and other items in a bag outside of our room, not disturbing us. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay there again.

A Great Deal
The hotel itself is pretty standard; though, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and seemed sincerely concerned that we had a good stay. The room had been recently renovated. It was not fancy but clean and no sign of mold, etc that one often gets in communities by water.

This was the fourth years we have stayed at the Cape Point. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Eileen always has tips as to where the sales are and events on the Cape. The pool is clean, bartender is happy, nice little breakfast spot. Fantastic location on the Cape.
