Boston in Theater district
Nice hotel, modern, upscale, cool bar in lobby. We had asked for King but they had us in a double queen. Rooms are advertised as 320sf. We wanted King and though nice, was not 320sf. Location is in heart of theater district, close to the Commons, restaurants, etc. Check-in was a bit slow, not many desk attendants. Good Resturant in lobby as well. Nice hotel, not cheap but very clean, modern with excellent location.

Great Property
My other half has never stayed at W before and after staying here he told me "we will never stay anywhere else but a W"! Proof that this is a great place. The staff is wonderful and very pleasant! Book your stay here in Boston and you won't regret it! The front desk staff even gave me a little map of the city and directions! I am going back to Boston because of the great experience they provided me with.

Head to the North end for lunch! Walk and there are plenty of historic sites along the way.

Wonderful personal service
The staff at the hotel were the most pleasant and accomodating I have ever met. The overall experience was quite good, although the room we had was a bit small.

Awesome staff and hotel!
The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent. We loved the design, feel, and comfort of this hotel as well. Boston is a great city and the W was able to enhance our stay even more. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Time in Boston
From start to finish the W provided us amazing customer service and the room had everything we needed. I don't think I've slept that well in quite a while and am almost temped to call the W to see what kind of mattress and bedding they use. Just an amazing first time visit to Boston and we will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway
Staff was great! Met all my needs. Room is starting to experience some wear and tear. Plus room was very cold when we walked in. Overall good experience.

Location Amazing!!!!
My fiance and I stayed here the night we went to see the Blue Man Group, It was an amazing experience. It is a very modern hotel, and in my opinion the staff was extremely helpful. I was nervous because I had read some reviews about the staff being tough to deal with but I didn't experience that at all. The Bartender was also very nice, and I would highly recommend the park and play package with this hotel. If we have the opportunity I would definitely stay there again.

good hotel, but some staff members need to do their homework
The hotel is good I recommed it. There is just one bothering thing... Late at night you will be automatically asked for Id, your hotel card... even to get in your room... it is inconfortable to feel that you have to prove them that YES you are indeed a guest!!! Staff clearly lacks experience

The W? WOW!
My wife and I wanted a nite on the town. We're actually only an hour out of Boston. The W Hotel was a random choice, but this choice was bang on! Outstanding service, great cocktail lounge, luxurious rooms, and a perfect location. Next time I'm looking for a hotel to stay in, it will definitely be a W.
