Good choice
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even went so far as to make dinner reservations for our party (which, by the way turned out to be a great place to eat). I also asked for help in rebooking a train ticket, which they were quick to offer to help me with. The check-in process was quick and painless. Overall, a very pleasant stay!!!

Perfect ending to our trip
The last night of our trip was spent in Boston before flying back home. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was located only steps away from the silver line of the transportation system. This was an easy, inexpensive way to get to the airport. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We were conserned with our late afternoon flight that we would be wondering around Boston with all of our luggage. The helpful staff member checking us into our room allowed us to have a very late check out. The room was clean and very comfortable. I look forward to returning to Boston and this hotel.

Great family hotel
We came to Boston to explore the museums and aquarium with our 5 and 8 yo boys. The staff were friendly and helpful. They welcomed our 2 young children at reception and at the pool. They are trying a family/kid night on Friday nights. Great idea, but still in the early phase. Otherwise the Aura restuarant was a bit pricey and fancy for young, active kiddos. We found LTK 2 blocks away to have great food, but working on their children's menu. It is about 10 minute kiddo walk to the Children's Museum. About a 1.2 mile walk to the aquarium. Plan on taking 2-3 trains to any destination in the city, as they are on the silver line. Downfalls were no playgrounds closer than the Children's Museum and limited family friendly restaurants.

Great place to stay!
The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. Our days were very busy in Boston and we looked forward to returning to our room for a good night of rest. The umbrellas were a great detail that you added!

Short walk from hotel
The metro stop was right across the street from the hotel, so it could not have been easier to use the metro to get around Boston. The stop is also only one stop from the airport, so it was simple to use the metro from there.

Great Location
The room was small and had a fifties feel. But every thing else about the hotel was good. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You could get to all that you want with a taxis for about $7.00.

Take the water taxi if you are going downtown. The cost is about the same as a regular cab for two (cheaper for one) and the view is spectacular!

Convention Travelers
This hotel distinguishes itself by being a no-tip hotel. This is a refreshing change from the constant digging for tip money. This is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant downstairs, but I would have preferred to have a microwave available in my room to accomodate my special diet. They do provide a small refrigerator in the room. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I had no problems with check-in or check-out.

This hotel is close to the Boston Convention Center, but NOT close to most historical or recreational sites. The hotel is great about getting taxis for their guests. The concierge is very helpful about local sites and activities. There is also a public transportation stop just outside the hotel. The Boston Metro is an alternative to multiple taxi rides...
