A very nice hotel

My family had just returned from Germany and were plesantly suprise when we pulled up to the beautiful hotel . The staff was very nice and meet all our needs . I was disappointed that I had to pay $ 42. for valet parking while staying at the place , but was told I could "search around to find a free spot on the streets if I wanted to " , not too many options there . The room we stayed @ was clean & spacious with a very nice view , had coffee but had $ 4 .00 bottles of water on the counter, really, that nice of a hotel and you can't supply each guest a free bottle of water ? It's $4.00 for a case of 24 !

Would definitely reccomend

My friends and I stayed here last weekend and thought it was great! The hotel was very modern looking inside and out and was right across the street from the silver line. The rooms were very clean and cozy and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would have been more convenient if it was closer to downtown, but it was only a 7 dollar cabride as well as the T to south station was very close! All in all it was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!

Loud Neighbor

The hotel was very nice. My husband and son enjoyed the pool and sauna, while I enjoyed the dance competition that was taking place at the hotel the weekend we were there. While it is not the hotel's fault that our neighbor had his TV on very loud, it put a bad taste in our mouth that the walls are so thin. We had to report the problem to security and then the noise returned the following night. It upsets me that we paid so much for a room and our sleep was disturbed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Valentines Day Getaway

While the hotel is beautiful and fairly new, when we arrived there were plenty of staff to assist us. But it seems even with all those eyes non could look at my request for a ocean facing room on and upper floor and gave me the opposite. We ended up facing an office on a low floor. The room was beautiful but we were a bit put off by the smokey smell in the hallway. I will say the hotel is beautifully situated with many great dining options just steps away, and if you can get a room view of the harbor it is simply breathtaking.
