Easy airport access
We stayed here at the end of our Boston trip to have an easy commute to our am flight home to LA. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the toiletries were first rate. Probably the best thing was how friendly and helpful the staff were. The bell captain and shuttle staff helped us navigate the city for a quick, easy and cheap trip into little Italy for dinner. The hotel is so close to the airport you can walk to the terminals.

Great for Convention Center Access
10 min walk to airport, short bus ride (Silver Line) to the Convention Center. Ride back is a little longer, but it's all easy to sort out. Rooms are clean, the pub is good for dinner....all around a great experience for going to the COnvention Center.

Great Hotel!
With Hilton hotels, you can always expect the same things - they are clean, great rooms, friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel because it is attached to the airport and we had an early flight. Definitely recommend.

Overnight at Boston Logan
Perfect location for an overnight stay when in transit through Boston Logan. Check in was easy, staff pleasant and the room vey comfortable. Food is expensive as is the case with many hotels and good.

Overpriced
This hotel is over priced. Even though it costs a lot more than other hotels the amenities are non-existant, the rooms average and to top it off internet costs extra (most average price hotels have it free) and they even have the nerve to charge for printer paper. Even though it was convenient for the airport the rest of the experience was UNDERWHELMING!

Berkshire breakfast experience
The Hilton Hotel was all that was expected, excellent. Our first morning however was not a good experience. We decided to eat at the Berkshire restaurant. Buffet was not a favorite so we chose to be waited on. The server was very pleasant and quick to bring us our drinks. After waiting for a half hour without the waitress acknowledging us, she had passed us several times, we then was told by the server we might as well go to the buffet. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs, the bacon was greasy and cold and the potatoes were dry and cold. We made a complaint to the manager. She was very kind and apoligized, even offered to comp the meal. We refused her offer because that would change nothing. The restaurant simply needs to have more efficient staff.

Wonderful Stay!
Having come in on a flight from Europe, the quality & size of our room for the night was a fantastic escape! Our view from the room was great. It was extremely easy to arrive at the hotel, we walked from our arrival gate at the airport to the hotel check-in desk with ease. Great place to get the perfect start to sleeping off that 'jet-lag'!

Convenient location to avoid traffic in and out of Boston area.
This hotel is clean and comfortable. Most rooms have nice harbor view. The location of this hotel helps you to avoid the traffic of Boston city when you go back to the airport.

Slow
Boston marathon hotel
Excellent place to stay for marathon. Easy airport access, much cheaper than other hotels. Subway connection is easy, but it takes a while to get to center city. Good place if you are comfortable roaming town most of the day and only come back in the evening. Friendly staff; I would definitely stay there again.
