Outstanding service by all personnel from desk to housekeeping. [...] were exceptional on the concierge desk, will ideas and handling our changes (of which there were many). One issue occurred where a broken valve necessitated a room change, and all was handled smoothly and wonderfully. Located within walking distance of nearly all historic sites from The Old North Church to Fanueil Hall. Even have cars and drivers at the hotel to take you on quick local trips to dinner when your attire may not be best for walking. Hotel restaurant, Mooo..., is outstanding; order Eggs Benedict for breakfast, even with roomservice the eggs are poached perfectly. Ordered some of their bed pillows from their supplier when I returned home as they are impressive as well. Book your stay here, you are sure to return.

Excellent Service, Clean Hotel
Everything was great - beautiful room, super-friendly staff, and excellent lcoation. The only problems we experienced were that our fireplace did not work when we first arrived and the remote for the television was not working properly. Both issues were taken care of immediately (within a couple of minutes after calling the front desk).

Wonderful Romantic Getaway
What a wonderful getaway. The hotel was unique and made for a cozy and romantic weekend. Conveniently located just a couple of blocks from a T stop and within easy walking distance of Quincy Market. There were several really nice restaurants within a few block radius of the hotel. Service was wonderful and they even had a courtesy car to take you places downtown. All the little touches like real glasses and wine glasses for your use made the even more delightful. I must admit the cozy fireplace was one of my favorite things (even if it was summer time.)

Short walk from hotel
There are a range of restaurants within a few blocks walk of the hotel including the delightful Grotto with scrumptious fondue and chocolate melting cake that was sinfully good. The Oceanaire was also a wonderful restaurant with lots of fresh seafood choices, yumm.
