- Tempt
- Tempt features traditional southern Louisiana food with modern flair and is one of the highest-quality downtown New Orleans restaurants. Executive Chef Marcus Woodham proudly serves the freshest ingredients, providing guests a stylish dining experience.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in French Quarter
Our experience at the Saint was excellent. The room, lobby and staff are welcoming and beautiful. The property is at the level of a W hotel. The restaurant, bar and rooms are beautiful The location looks deceivingly far. It's in the heart of the French Quarter but in a quieter local it's convo entry across from the trolley and next to the Ritz Carlton

The New Orleans experience enhancer
The Saint hotel is the best. The unusual decoration prepares you for unusual vacations at one of the most fascinating cities in the world. Staff is well beyond the five star, makes you feel special. Location it can't be better. My family and I agree to recomend and if possible be back at The Saint.

Rooms are noisy
Boutique hotel in a great location on Canal Street. Warm, friendly staff. Beautiful lobby includes pool table, nice but expensive bar with live music. Restaurant is lovely, but always empty which is very odd in this town. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Big problem is there is no sound proofing between rooms. We were awakened several times by neighbors arguing and slamming doors. Also a lot of street noise even though we were on the 7th floor. Weird purple/blue lights in the hallway are disorienting.

Hotel Monteleone has a great new restaurant Criollo and a wonderful fun bar - the Carousel Bar - with live music.

Great experience.
The Saint was an excellent choice. It is very chic and contemporary, the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, and you are only two blocks from Bourbon Street, which is close enough to walk and have fun but far enough to not have loud, boisterous people outside of your hotel all night long.

Short drive from hotel
If you want to see alligators on a swamp tour, only go during warm weather/warm weather months. They hibernate in the cold and are very rarely seen.

Cool Hotel!
Everything was well designed and somewhat unique. Decor was definitely different and memorable. We will probably stay here again the next time we take houseguests to New Orleans.

Poor Service Top to Bottom
Dear Readers: Booked this hotel for a business trip. Lobby is beautiful resembling an Philipe Stark designed hotel. This is wear it ends however. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days despite repeated calls to the front desk. The bathroom was dirty upon checkin and after asking them to have it cleaned it was still dirty. The cleaning staff failed to replace the soap and shampoo despite many calls to the front desk. Our bill at the end was not clear. We had items charged that weren't supposed to be there, and then other things we had charged such as drinks at the bar did not appear. The door men were constantly distracted from helping with finding cabs and transportation while they whistled at passing women, etc. I was overall just floored that this place is even open for business with the level of service they provide. For 50$ more per evening stay next door at the Ritz and you'll get actual service. please beware.

Perfect except for
Perfect location, very friendly staff, beautiful room, comforatable bed, BUT maid service is terrrible! We left room midmorning and returned around 3pm. Room had not been cleaned yet so I called font desk , a couple times within 2hrs, I went in the hall and found a maid and ask her to clean room. She only 1 towel ,2 hand cloths and 2 floormats, thats all. I told front desk next morning and they said maid service is contracted. WOW

Great Hotel
This hotel was in a good location and was very clean! However, we didn't get facecloths for some reason. Other than that everything and everyone was great!

Great place with such a close proximity to NOLA.
All though there were a few problems (No hot water, missing light bulb on side lamp and lack of information-wifi passcode) the trip was a complete success. The water problem was fixed but it was an inconvenience-the hotel sent up a bottle and a cheese platter due to our delay and were really easy and good to deal with. Great staff!!

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Definitely talk to the bellboys and other staff-we were able to not pay for parking (For the two and a half days we were there) Also-checking in early is always a plus.
