Great choice for a new orleans trip.
I especially enjoyed the pool, the great view from the room and the proximity to the casino and low key, good bars and restaurants. The only complaint I had was hair in the glasses that were restocked by the housekeeping staff, but a quick trip to front desk for clean cups and I was back on track! Obviously, I wish it were a little cheaper to stay here, but when do I not wish things were a bit cheaper??

Very friendly and helpful staff
I found everyone at this hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful, in particular the concierge and bellman. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. Only a short distance from the French Quarter. I would highly recommend Loews New Orleans.

Excellent stay!
Couldn't have been any better! We were upgraded to a much larger room because we arrived early and our room wasnt ready. Location is within walking distance to everything. I would recommend comfortable shoes. The staff was very pleasant and helpful w/ dining choices. Our room faced the river and the view was beautiful especially at night. Check out Frenchman st. For fun nightlife. Magazine St. in the garden district is also lots of fun. If you want an interesting and delicious dining experience, try bacchanal rest.its a $10. cab ride away.

This was my first time back to New Orleans in a long time and the Loews helped make it a great experience. Near the Casino, French Quarter, Canal Street. The staff was the best. Friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay better.

Fabulous four-day getaway!
We stayed at Loews New Orleans for our first trip to New Orleans and found it a most enjoyable experience! Our room was spacious, spotless and luxurious! All of the staff were gracious and most helpful. We interacted with Betty, Josh, and James as our concierges and they could not have been more patient and accommodating as well as informative. They steered us to the best restaurants that suited our needs. It was always a pleasure to speak with the staff of the hotel and they went out of their way to help out in any way they could. We would definitely return to Loews!
