Good hotel, would stay again
Room was clean and staff was very nice. The bed wasn't the worst that I've had in a hotel but was not the best either. The only problem I had, and I should have checked this out before booking on her, is that the hotel has a $150 non-refundable fee for pets. I ended up boarding our dog for $40 for the night so it wasn't that big of deal. Good experience.

Excellent room
Hotel Cleanliness was great. Loved the breakfast buffet. and staff was extremely friendly. Was hoping that this chain of hotel will have a swimming pool, but it didn't. Location was not the greatest, but it was still close to french quarter. Room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Good location , comfortable rooms.
Not a real fancy hotel, but good location, clean, good value. Breakfast is tasty, but plan your time - it gets very busy. Overall no complaints, the staff was friendly.

great
the room is big and very comfortable. The speed of wi-fi is fast.The only thing is not very well is about breakfast. The kind of food is limited. I took my breakfast at about 9:10 but there was no fruit already.

Thanksgiving in New Orleans
The Hyatt Place was clean and very comfortable. It was around the corner from my son's condo, and a comfortable walk to the French Quarter. We would definitely stay again.

Check in was fast, room clean, and sevice good, wished they were knowledgeable about Airport Shuttle, I placed a phone call before I arrived and I was informed that there were not a shuttle to the hotel from the airport and viceversa, that I must take a taxi for a cost of $33each way! OMG! Wrong info! You will find there is transportation to hotel using Airport Shuttle for a total of $38 roundtrip...

Disappointing for the price
Refrigerator in room did not work. Also, shower only, no bathtub. Location was good. Have to pay for parking outside or in garage across street. Expected more for almost $300.

Fun sharing fan
Very nice hotel
Stayed there for one night. Wish I had extended my trip though. Very centrally located. Close to the French Quarter. Right next to the Convention Center and the Riverside place. Staff very attentive and nice. Rooms are very modern, beautifully decorated and super clean. Enjoyed this hotel a lot. Free breakfast supplied, it was ver good.
