Jazzy hotel near the Superdome with pool, fitness center, restaurant
This hotel near the Superdome embraces the jazz spirit of New Orleans with a giant clarinet mural on its façade. Inside, there's a 200-piece collection of local art. Quite Nice
I had a reasonable room rate [...]. But I drove into town and parking was an additional $23 a day. Parking in the hotel parking garage was very nice however. It was safe, secure and convenient. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Located in the business district it was centrally located to business accounts, shopping, great restaurants and the French Quarter.The Hotel had a great buffet at a reasonable cost.

Very ordinary hotel; the photos posted on the website are actually NOT of this particular hotel. They do have shuttle, once an hour, on the hour, to the convention center, but a few times they refused to take us or pick us up. [...]

good deal
The location of this hotel is fairly near Canal Street, about 10-15 minutes walk to the French Quarter. The shuttle bus was convenient and useful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Wi-fi service was reliable and free. Nothing fancy, but a decent hotel in the CBD.

Good budget for the money
The cleaning staff are very friendly and courteous,as well as the front desk people. Most everybody are friendly, would have been nice if breakfast is included like in other hotels.

Really good experience
I made my reservation by internet and it was ok when I arrived and leaved. Everything was included. My room was cleaned everyday. For business trip is really ok.They have a free service of a shuttle every hour (until 10pm) from hotel to some places inside the city, you can give just a tip.

Good hotel if you use transportation
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful--there is a great shuttle service that takes you to 4 major locations each hour (and they will pick you up at those places as well) Once you're at the hotel, it's very comfortable. If you're like me and like to walk around, this place is unfortunately close to some questionable areas of the city so, while fairly close to the hot spots, you still have to traverse some possibly unsafe areas to get there if walking. So, the price is good--but you'll be most comfortable if you use transportation to get around.
