Great location to everything in New Orleans
This was my first time going to New Orleans and I booked this hotel without knowing where it was to the tourist attractions. This hotel is the best for your money. It is only a 5-15 minute walk from everything that downtown New Orleans has to offer. Very close to casino, Bourbon street, and all of the New Orleans favorites! Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was very good! Rooms could use updating but were clean and perfect for a vacation!!!!

Wouldn't stay again
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's about 3 blocks from Bourbon street. It's overpriced, not very comfortable, with horrible service. I can get passed rude customer service, but what happened furriated me. When I asked the guy parking my car to slow down because he was taking turns so tight hecwas screeching my tires he told me sweety this is new Orleans and I'm a professional. I said I'm the customer and I'm going to tell you one more time to slow down. He did not. Not only that but that garage is dangerous. Some people park there own cars and it's a two way traffic garage. You can't control what others do. I felt violated and I wanted to cry that someone would treat my car like that with me in it no less! When I tried to complain the guy at the desk blew me off! Never again!

NOLA ON MY MIND
ALL SMILES, NON RESPONSIVE
WE ASKED FOR REFRIGERATOR TO BE FIXED AT LEAST SIX TIMES DURING OUR STAY. WE LOST VALUABLE FOOD WITH NO APPOLOGY.

Romantic weekend away
We decided last minute to get away for the weekend and booked this hotel without reading many reviews. It was hard to locate and didn't have a swimming pool. It was a good walk to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. But I don't think we'll choose this hotel next time.
