GREAT STAY
WE HAD A GREAT STAY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BEDS WERE NICE AND COMFORTABLE THE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS GOOD AND SAVED US A MORNING TRIP EACH DAY. PLUS WE HAD 13 PEOPLE AND COULD EAT AT ANY TIME. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE LOUNGE WAS LOTS OF FUN WITH GREAT BARTENDERS.

Fantastic weekend getaway
This hotel is quiet, cozy, comfortable, and clean and definitely fits the bill when it comes to having a relaxing weekend. We experienced a slight technical problem during the check-in process, but the staff at the front desk handled the situation very well. Our room was located on the first floor of the building we were in, right next to the pool area, and also very close to the main building. The full hot breakfast we received every morning was presented with the charming southern hospitality that we had experienced thus far during our trip. The bar/lounge that was also located in the main building provided a nightly relaxing end to a busy day. The room itself was spacious, very clean and quite comfortable. My decision to stay at this hotel was based primarily on the other reviews of this hotel and I was not disappointed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Baton Rouge, whether it is for a week or a weekend.

Clean Hotel
This hotel was very clean. The room, hallway and lobby had a fresh, clean scent at all times. The room itself was spotless from top to bottom as well as what we noticed from the rest of the hotel. The staff was very nice and courteous, although housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:50 AM to clean the room. We were awake but not ready to check out yet, which was not until 11:00 AM. The housekeeping attendant graciously apologized and moved on to another room. The bed seemed a little too firm but still slept well. The hotel seemed very quiet. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, though it smelled wonderful in the lobby area as we checked out. All in all, a great stay for a decent price. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Rooms at Best Western Richmond
The hotel was terrific. They did however hike their prices for the LSU-Florida game. We gave $170 for a room worth around $100. I was just happy to have a room however!

Not Applicable
If you are going to an LSU game, do not think of getting a taxi there and back. We waited 3 hours after the game before a taxi could even get to us. The police will not let them come down into the campus area.
