Good for the money
We were in town for the Derby and booked our hotel pretty late but were able to get a room at this hotel. It's not extremely convenient for heading to the track, downtown or the Highlands area, but we were able to secure transportation for the trips. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. We were booked in a n/s room but were assigned to a smoking room, which they thankfully remedied. However, I think that left someone who checked in later than us in a smoking room. Everything was as we expected, and we appreciated the breakfast each morning. All we wanted was a clean, comfortable place to sleep at night, as we didn't spend any other time there, and we were satisfied with that.

One Night Stand
The room had an air conditiner in which the fan would not stay on which added to a somewhat sleepless night.
