Everything was pretty average @ this location, which is not bad for the price. I would stay here again.

very BAD experience
We were staying for four nights. The first night there I had to go down and get sheets and pillow cases as we went to turn in and there was bobby pins and black hair on the sheets indicating they had not been made clean. On the second evening we had people running and kicking doors in our hall. I started calling the front office about 9:30 pm by 1:00am my daughter and I were in tears as the noise got worse and the hotel staff said they had sent staff to ll it which never happened. (noise under control never happened). The next day I checked to see if the same people were staying again. When I was told yes I asked to be moved to a new room . They didn't have any with out a financial upgrade. I asked to be transferred to another Ramada Inn they said our room could not be refunded. The doors on the back of the building Locks do not work, the pool and hot tub was filthy and disgusting, the elevator was out of order 2 out of 4 days. The room was dirty . I would have felt more safe sleeping in my car at ta wayside rest. Worst part was that management would not take responsibility for the poor treatment and conditions.

Demolish This Place
Driving in to the parking lot from the airport something didn't sit well with me. The covered driveway was taped off so I had to drive around the building and dodge potholes . A guest at the counter said that "Man Ramada does nothing but steal your money." The lobby had an old musty smell to it. That's where the fun began. I opened the door to my room and it looked like I'd stepped back 35 years in the past. The carpet was dirty, stained and old. The wallpaper was stained yellow and was peeling. I put my luggage down and noticed a Jawbone earpiece in the corner and it stayed in the same position for 3 days so I know that my room was not vacuumed thoroughly if not at all. The first thing that I do is normally take pictures of my room to inventory what is was like when I arrived so I cannot be accused of something later. I didn't even have the energy because my life energy was sucked out entering the past. Walking to the window I pulled the curtains closed because the room was facing the street and there were people smoking outside my window. The smell of smoke seeped through the cracks in the window. The entrance to the hotel's restaurant was just feet away from my room. Not only is this very easy to enter and the hotel without entering the lobby, it was where the smokers gathered to smoke. I was only going to be at the hotel to sleep due to work. That's where I was wrong. I left the hotel to head to work and came back after 7 pm. Now the parking lot was full and there people hanging out everywhere and the characters were very sketchy. People were going in and out of the restaurant entrance undetected. People were roaming the halls unrestricted and with the overwhelming amount of people in the hotel was overwhelming the two hotel members at the front desk. From the time I arrived until around 2 am there was contant walking, yelling, running in and out the hotel. Someone actually fell against my window at 1:30 am. I was so over the hotel at this point. Taking a shower I noticed more peeling wallpaper, a toilet seat that wasn't cleaned. The caulk was yellow and there were unsanded caulk filled holes where towel and soap dishes. The tissue holder was not securely fastened into the sink. That yellowing only comes from years of smoking in the hotel room. I'd suggest that Ramada levels this place and start over or relocate. They should pay the owner of the restaurant to find a new location. A remodel would cost too much. I'd recommend that you go anywhere else in the major hotel chains over this Ramada.

Sketchy
The entire visit while at the Hotel was sketchy. Almost need a security guard on duty. Pulled in and there were people partyin' hangin' out the windows. Parties all night, thumping from upstairs, hootin' and hollerin' in the hallways. Doors that SLAM because they arent functioning propery. Entrance doors into the hotel wouldnt work with the key cards. No remote control in our room and the heater controls were broken. Hairs in the bathroom when we walked in. Hairs in between the sheets. People in the parking lot showing off their big rims and systems. People in the parking lost asking me for money. Seen a couple "deals" going down in the parking lot as well. Called for room service at 630 pm and got no answer, twice. If you HAVE to attend this hotel, it would be in your best interest to have your CCW permit and utilize your 2nd amendment rights for your own safety. The best part of this vacation is that Oorbitz was great to work with regarding the pricing of the hotel. The hotel was not worth their retail pricing.

It's OK
This was an ok hotel. The location was the best part. I paid 85 dollars for 2 nights with a king size bed. That was not bad. I would have liked better amenities. Our shower had a very slow drain, there were Cheetos's behind our night stand, the air didn't work at all, our curtain was broken and there weren't really any good movie channels. The vending machine and ice machine on our floor didn't work so we had to go to another floor for ice. The bed was comfortable. We made it from Lucas Oil back to the hotel in like 15 minutes which by far was the best part. We also ate at the Damon's it was really tasty and you get a 10% discount with your room key. The breakfast was gross. I had warm oj and what tasted like old pasteries. It wasn't what I would expect from any hotel except for maybe one of those hour rate hotels. I have stayed in some really shady hotels but this one was up there on the worst. If it wasn't for the very friendly staff and the quiet hallways I would have been really unhappy. They say you get what you paid for. I thought I paid for a decent hotel not a $20 a night motel. If the air conditioning and the bathtub would get fixed with maybe HBO at least it would be a place I would come back to. I would rather pay an extra 20 dollars a night for something a lot more classier. If you are just wanting something to stay in it is a good choice. If you are wanting a romantic get-away find something else.

Weekend trip
I stayed at the Ramada this past weekend for $50 a night. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and unlike usual, I actually felt comfortable. I was extremely glad I got a good hotel for such a good rate. The only problem is that the hotel is surrounded by some sketchy places.

Needs something
This hotel was very so so, not somewhere you want to stay for several days. I could hear everything in the other rooms. Staff wasn't exactly friendly either. The room wasn't very clean; hair on the sheets, hair and residue in the tub, over all pretty gross. Breakfast was something akin to corner store/ gas station food. To top it off someone hit my car, and there are no cameras to get any info from. I won't stay here again

overnight success
Basically, booked our room for an overnight stay for $50, the front clerk, dre, was more than helpful but also upgraded our room. so check-in was easy. the room was clean and comfortable. For an overnight stay, it was worth it. We were 15 min. from downtown. it could've been quieter and the area was a bit sketch but we were fine.
