Features
The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown has earned a AAA 3 Diamond rating.

During the week, the Great American Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. On weekends, breakfast and lunch are served. The restaurant also features a full bar. In-room dining service is available during restaurant hours. Guests purchase microwavable foods in the on-site 24-hour convenience store for in-room preparation. Nice, but could use some attention
Overall I enjoyed the stay, and I would probably stay there again. The only 2 problems I had involved the pillows being too soft (personal I know), and the wait staff in the restaurant was horrible. As a current server I tip extremely well, however I felt the since I was younger than the majority of the other guests in the restaurant I wasn't given the same attention. Me and my boyfriend literally had to wait over 10 minutes for drinks and 15 for over hard eggs.

Good experience
The hotel is in downtown Indy, close walking to mall and various restaurants. We were in town for the 500 Festival mini-marathon, and the start line was just a few blocks away - couldn't ask for anything better! Beds were SO comfortable! Agreeable staff and clean rooms. Allover good experience. Only downside: [...], the room I booked for 2 double beds was only processed as a "request", not an actual booking. The hotels were at capacity because of the race, so we got stuck in a 1-bed room and had to pull up a cot. Not ideal, but they made it work and offered to move us to a double bed room for the second night.

Great hotel - parking may be tricky.
Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, professional staff who were helpful. Nice big bathroom, great flatscreen TV, comfortable bed. I definitley recommend it. * You do have to park across the street at a garage where you have to pay (for us it was nine bucks). Then you have to walk back across the street. Keep this in mind if you are handicapped or have a slew of luggage.

Consistently Comfortable
Having been the second or third time that I have stayed here, I keep coming back because the experience is consistently comfortable. Great location to walk to various bars and restaurants downtown. The staff is always helpful and efficient, the rooms are comfortable, and the prices are competitive - exactly what I look for when traveling for work.

MOSTLY GOOD
THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO THIS HOTEL. WE WERE THERE FOR A BIRTHDAY AND TO GET AWAY. UPON OUR ARRIVAL THE DOORMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. HE REMEMBER WHEN WE RETURNED FROM A TRIP TO EDINBURGH MALL OUTLET. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT ON THE FIRST WE ARRIVED THERE WE LEFT AND RETURNED ABOUT 12:30 TO 1:00 A.M. AND THERE WAS NO VALET OR VALET SERVICE (THAT WE WERE PAYING FOR). AFTER BEING LET INTO THE HOTEL DOOR BY THE SECURITY GUARD I WAS INFORMED BY THE THE NIGHT CLERK THE VALET PERSONAL LEAVE AT MIDNIGHT. SO THE SECURITY HAD TO PARK OUR VEHICLE.

Not Applicable
EDINBURGH MALL OUTLET IS ABOUT 45 MINS. FOR THE CENTER OF THE CITY. THEY HAVE A LOT OF DIFFERENT STORES. BUT THERE IS THE CIRCLE CENTER MALL DOWNTOWN.
