Family Visit
We arrived at 3pm and our room was not ready. No apologizes for the inconvenience. We left a phone number and they were supposed to call us when it was ready but never got a call.

Good for meeting business associates
Very satisfying and quiet enjoyable experience. I certainly would return and encourage others to stay whenever the opportunity presented itself.

friendly staff and clean but ordinary room. The TV had some issues with cutting out a bit and the toilet was slugggish but for the comparative dollar, its location more than offset any minor inconveniences.

Wonderful time
Excellent service and close to many attractions. We went to Up Comedy club which was close. There was an excellent cafe around the corner where we ate breakfast. The hotel is close to shopping and there are many amenities available while staying at the Westin.

Even staying on the SPG preferred guest floor - the hotel is a little dingy. Definitely not "marble baths" - its time for a little revamp of the property.

Weekend getaway
The location is ideal. The room was clean and an adequate size for 2 adults. The bathroom was very nice with a rain shower nozzle and a hand held sprayer. The mattress and pillow were VERY COMFORTABLE. Good value!

Love the Westin
We had a wonderful stay! The friendly staff checked us into our room early. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. We were able to get our car on two occasions with only a two minute wait. We will always stay at the Westin, we love the location, 1 block from Watertower and great shopping.

Staying on the Maginificent Mile puts you in the heart of everything fabulous! It is a short walk but the exercise along with seeing all the city has to offer makes it all worth it.
