- In addition to the features of our Deluxe Guest Room, the spacious 365 square foot guestroom features two queen size pillow top beds.
- Executive Room - 1 King Bed
- The Talbott's Executive Room offers all of the brilliance of our Deluxe Room only on a grander scale. Approximately 110 square feet larger, our stately Executive Room offers a luxurious atmosphere. Executive Rooms offer Molton Brown bath products in the lavish and spacious marble bath with two separate sinks, deep-soaker tub, and separate shower. To round out the experience, this room also features an extremely spacious sitting area with an executive desk and custom designed furniture. This room type comes with one king bed. An extra bed is available upon request at a charge of $24 per night.
- Deluxe Room - 1 King Bed
- Custom-designed furniture, draperies and a new bedding package. Each room has an Apple Mac mini and other amenities such as fully stocked honor bar, over 30 HD channels to enjoy on your 42" LCD TV, iron and ironing board, individual climate control, clock radio compatible with personal audio devices (such as iPods), private safe and an abundance of closet space. Great Weekend Getaway
Lovely hotel! The room was beautiful, cozy, and clean. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were happy! We will definitely stay here again and again!

City Getaway
Great staff!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Talbott very much. The staff was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. The hotel has a great location close to Michigan Avenue and many great restaurants. Our only complaints were the super soft pillows (even folded over they didn't work very well# and the confusing TV situation #we had to call for help because the hotel TV info was all wrong and the remote lacked any numbers). Still, a great deal at a very nice hotel.

For an unforgettable breakfast, try Hash House a Go Go, just a 6 or so blocks up Rush at 12 12 N. Clark. Never had a breakfast like the Fried Chicken Benny! Fantastic and enough for my wife and me, with a serving left over.

great long weekend of shopping, dining and shows.
Very nice accomodations, but more importantly great staff. We couldn't have had a better time in Chicago and a big part of that was the help we got from the concierge(s) at the Talbott. From getting tickets to shows to dining recommendations they were very helpful and friendly. This was one trip we look forward to repeating.

The Talbott Hotel Chicago
The staff at the Talbott were very friendly from the time we arrived until we departed. Nice touch with the electronic do no disturb/please clean room system inside the hotel room door. Turn down service with chocolates always a nice touch and we were asked daily if there was anything we needed in the room. Location was at the north end of the Magnificent Mile and walking to places and restaurants was not far at all. Although we didn't catch the trolley from this location as we were already at the south end when we decided to do it, it is just around the corner from the hotel at Stop 11. Giordano's famous deep dish pizza and the Water Tower mall are right around the corner.

Fantastic one night stay in Chicago
Excellent stay. We got upgraded to a larger room at check in. The service was exceptional. The room was great. Free wifi which is a rare find in upscale hotels. One of the best hotel experiences ever!

Dwayne "The Rock" Bellman
The review is based on a sale price for one night's stay and the other night at regular price. Our family was welcomed by Dwayne "The Rock" Bellmen who was very hospitable. We had some initial questions about the room size and view which the lady at the Front Desk was unable to answer. Dwayne was able to answer all our questions and gave us further advice about parking and places to eat and see. Very helpful in every respect! The room was clean and tidy. In short , it was presentable. The view was not desirable, but there really isn't much the Hotel can do about the view. After all, it is downtown Chicago and there are buildings on either side of the Hotel. You may have an upgrade to a street view and a few more extra square feet for a cost of $70.00. However, if there are more than three of you, you will have have to pay an extra $20.00 for a role out bed. Since we were not going to be in the room for very much time we decided we could look at a wall at night time to save $90.00. The location is what makes the Hotel very desirable. The Hotel room was quiet . There is place to 'people watch' in the foyer while sitting in front of a blazing fire. To be sure, a little cool in March, but we spent a good hour visiting with folks coming in an out of the foyer. There are many local restaurants for mom and dad and for the kids within walking distance. Our teenagers did not grumble at our time at the Hotel. When compared with the other Hotels in the surrounding area who provide a greater array of amenities but then you consider how little time you actually spend in your room, a case can easily be made to stay at the Talbot. The bottom line: If the Talbot could offer the discounted rate that I received for one night and extend it for the length of any given stay and I was in Chicago to sight see, I would recommend the Talbot to a friend. When we return to Chicago I will be sure to check out the Talbot before I check any other Hotel.

Amazing experience... minus the walk-in!
It was an absolute beautiful hotel and room. Prices were very reasonable and the amenities in the hotel cannot be beat. I reccomend getting a Suite because they are so spacious. Very close to anything in downtown Chicago that you want to see. Make sure if you are in the room that you put the "Do Not Disturb" button on. Our first night I made that mistake and it was pretty horrifying when someone randomly opens the door when I'm in just a bath towel! Overall, great stay!
