Great for families
Hub 51 attached with room service was convenient. The rooms are nice. My daughter (18 months) slept soundly on the bed and actually didn't want to wake up in the morning. Valet parking is pricey but it is everywhere in the city and should be expected. Breakfast is solid in the morning and the mini convenience store was solid for milk for our daughter and beer for us after she fell asleep!

Room was ok. nothing special. View was bad. Staff at breakfast needs to step it waaaay up. Untended is putting it lightly. Staff at front desk and housecleaning super super nice and responsive. Pool is tiny and overcrowded at times. Should have stayed with Hilton brand, though wont visit this God-awful city again.

great location
The hotel staff was friendly, room was clean, complimentary breakfast was good. The parking attendant was rude and told us to leave and backed us out of parking structure with out any options of where else to park! We could see people leaving so we knew it was not full.

Family vacation
The hotel was pretty nice and location was great. We loved that they had coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day. Breakfast was pretty good too. The staff and nice and helpful. The rooms were smaller than we anticipated, but overall it was clean. The one downside was that there were 3 separate elevators you needed to take to go between parking garage, ground floor, lobby, and rooms.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
When walking to Michigan Avenue, know how streets intersect, as it's not exactly as listed on the map. We ended up walking under it/past it several times before finding where we wanted to go.

Weekend Away
Our stay went perfectly. We weren't planning to pay to park at the hotel, we instead chose to park in Lincoln Park and take the El all weekend. Regardless, check in and out went very smoothly. The hotel has an easy pull in curb and the valets kept our keys while we hauled our bags. We also really enjoyed the excellent location! Located a couple blocks away from both the red and brown line made all of our travelling super easy!

Fabulous price in wonderful location
This place was a nice surprise. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and there was a spacious fireplace lobby for morning coffee. Price ( $76) can't be beat for the suite like room and the location. Its in the heart of the trendy restaurant area and a quick walk across the river to State Street. Bathroom decor was a bit dated and the hairdryer did not work. Service at check in was good and guests get a discount on overnight parking which allows you to directly access hotel.

Family Getaway
The staff were very friendly. The free continental breakfast was great, exceeded expectations definitely! Parking was convenient, a little pricey @ $40/day, but did allow unlimited in/out access during our stay. Would have really helped our budget if they had anything on their website about how much parking cost; just made it a little harder to plan. The room was sufficient for our needs, as we have 3 kids, but not exactly the roomy suite we were hoping for. Pool area was way under built for the size of the hotel - very crowded. Fitness area/equipment was excellent, better than a lot of pricier hotels that we have stayed in.

Good hotel at nice price
Good location for business and pleasure and a great price for the location. It was very nice - bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety offered and plenty of seats to sit down. My only complaint was the shower was a little funny - it was either lukewarm or really hot - no matter how many times I tried to adjust it somewhere in the middle. But a great value for the price.
