Great get-a-way
We had a great visit to the city and the hotel stay made it even better. There were great accommodations and breakfast was wonderful. Our bathroom light wasnt working and they sent someone to our room to fix it in a speedy fashion. We would definitely stay again on our next visit!

Great location!
This was a fantastic location. For the price it had everything we needed. We got a complimentary upgrade when I asked if we could have a higher up room which was very nice. The only negative was the room was a bit warm and we couldn't get it to cool down.

Birthday Get-Away Night
found a partially dental floss on floor, gross. empty water pitcher and a container of yogurt in fridge, gross. Not horrible, and I know the Residence Inn properties get alot of wear & tear, but definitely not up to a Marriott name. Then, called looking for ice machine, for some reason not available on ea floor, but rather have to go back to lobby to get "pre-bagged" ice. Inconvenient. Parking garage attached, was only $40, very, very reasonable when most other hotel parking is $50-60 range. And location being everything, this one is key. And as far as a recommendation... only because of location. Property needs more attentive staff and cleaning crew.

Birthday night in Chicago
Location is key... This hotel is absolutely central to everything, and a good value. Room was not clean... at all. we found a 1/2 used container of dental floss, and a jar of yogurt in the fridge, gross. When we went looking for ice, come to find, you have to go back down to lobby, not a big deal, but inconvenient nonetheless. Overall, we may consider again, but entirely based on location, not much else.

Chicago Holiday Weekend
We enjoyed our recent stay at the Residence Inn on Dearborn Avenue. Location was was close to both downtown and Magnificent Mile shopping areas as well as restaurants. Room was clean but very small-barely enough room to open sofa bed at night. Well-equipped kitchen for snacks. Free breakfast was somewhat disappointing but typical of what is offered in many hotels. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Second time to stay at this hotel and would stay again for right price.

PERFECT ROOM WITH GREAT STAFF
Our family trip was wonderful! The rooms were great - full kitchen with utensils! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and knew us by name! Would definitely stay here & recommend!

Excellent family getaway
The rooms are awesome. Having two small kids the full kitchen came in handy. Great location, we were able to walk to navy pier, shopping, and excellent restaurants within 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly and accommodating allowing for late checkout (our train didn't leave until 4pm). Good breakfast selection available even for our picky eaters. Great time had by all. Will definitely stay again.
