Spring Break
It was a little challenging find this motel. Would have helped more had I known it was on top of the Chicago Tribune but once we did, was easy to find. Good walking distance from activities in Chicago. Only down fold was that it was not clear that parking was extra. When checking other locations, parking was not mentioned so you knew there was a charge. IN the list of amenities it states parking, should say, parking available but extra cost. Nice pool for older children.

My husband, two boys and I stayed over night here for a funeral. This is a very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional. We ate at the hotel restaurant Italiasia, the food was very good. The prices were reasonable as well. The best part was that kids 12 and under eat free-breakfast, lunch and dinner! We definitely took advantage of this Saturday evening and Sunday morning. They had a great breakfast buffet on Sunday morning. Service there was good too, a little slow but good. We didn't use any of the amenities- pool or fitness center. The rooms and bathroom was very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The location is perfect, right next to the Merchandise Mart. We walked to the Sears Tower for sight-seeing. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The only down fall we didn't know about was the parking at the hotel was $42 per night! But my husband drove around and found a lot for $27. As we were walking to the Sears Tower we saw an overnight lot for $14-it was just 2 blocks away. So if you do decide to stay here, do your homework on the parking.

Great Customer Service, Amazing view.
We originally reserved a smoking room, I'm not a heavy smoker but just in case I would like the opportunity to the do it from my room. I was not expecting the heavy smell, not to mention my GF had asthma. Called the front desk for a non smoking room, after explaining my situation, they did not hesitate to find me another room. They truly went the extra mile to make our stay was a pleasant one, and gave me one of the best view in the house. Just like in the Pictures above. Will be coming back soon..

Few days in chicago
Nice view! Nice hotel!
It was afforable but a bit out of the way. But you could take an elevator and then a short walk inside to the Merchandise Mart and catch a train. Amazing view of the river and the city from my window! Beds were comfortable and service was good.

The lady at the checkin was not very helpful! Parking cost 39.00 Rooms were bluh no fridge or microwave. You had to get on two elevators just to get to your room. nothing great about this hotel-will not stay again. the only good thing is the view was nice

Underwhelmed
My experience certainly wasnt bad, but everything- from the room to the food and pool- were just generally underwhelming. Its definitely more expensive than it should be.

great view, not so comfortable
service, cleanliness, and location was GREAT! the bed was the WORSE! my neck and back are still sore and aching. the view was to die for. if they swap out thier beds for new ones, i'll definetly be staying there in the future. if not, i doubt i'd be putting my body in that much pain ever again.
