Good Family Value
Hotel is a good value for the location in downtown Chicago. We stayed here on a family trip to see the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium which are a 5-10 minute drive. Kids enjoyed deep-dish pizza walking distance from hotel. About the pool--it's much smaller than it looks on the web page, but about the size you expect in a downtown hotel. Also the whole pool is 3.5 feet deep, which is great for little kids but not so much for older kids. Room was nice and worked well for our family of 5 at a very reasonable price.

Great Hotel for a Surprisingly Great Price
I only stayed one night at the hotel and that's all it took for the front desk staff to remember me by name and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It was apparent the hotel cared about their customers. Our room was very clean and the perfect size for me. The only complaint I have is our room, no matter how low we put the air conditioner, was always quick to rise up to an uncomfortable temperature. I woke up twice to lower the thermostat to combat the heat. It was a great hotel in the perfect location for a great price! How can you beat that?

The Sheraton Four Points was a very nice hotel, great location and exceptional value. Other than the receptionist being preoccupied and in a hurry while we checked in, the experience overall was great. We enjoyed our stay, would consider for future trips and would recommend to other possible guests.

Park at the GP Parking Lot. It is located at 5 W. Erie Street in Chicago, on the corner of Erie and State Streets. The hotel charges $45/night to park. This lot at 5 W. Erie Street charges $25/night and is a short 5 minute walk.

Room was very nice. Clean with nice bathroom and TV. Also had a balcony that wasn't expecting. For the price wished they had free breakfast and parking. Parking sounded like it was included as it has attached covered parking and the hotel says that they validate... only to find out after the fact that the parking was $45 per night. My car was safe and it was convenient but this was an unplanned expense. The staff was awesome giving recommendations and directions.

A good choice
Good experience at Sheraton Four Points. Excellent bed with great bedding. VERY basic furniture, nothing fancy, but fine. We like this location. All hotel employees we had contact with were especially friendly and helpful. One desk clerk gave us a dinner recommendation -- Devon's -- that was the best meal we had our entire vacation. We would stay there again.

In Chicago, location of hotel is everything. If you want to shop, be close to Michigan Avenue. If you want to fitness walk, be as close to the Lake Shore Drive paved walking/biking trail as possible. Excellent restaurants are everywhere,
