Dont Expect Much
Well just as the title states-dont expect much. The hotel staff is rude and the showers in the rooms are ridiculous. They are rain shower heads...yes but they dont work!! Also the maid kept on coming in our room every 20 min after we told her to come back in the afternoon. Suddenly our keys just stopped working. I guess you get what you pay for....its a cheap hotel just know that going in.

Four star hotel?
Good location, staff was excellent, but thought the room would be a little cleaner. Someone decided to smoke weed on my floor, so it stunk terribly. Definitely used the Aon center parking for $32 overnight instead of the $62 valet. But everything was in walking distance of hotel so that was nice. Beds were a little to soft for my liking, the room was spacious with a nice city view. The concierge was very helpful.

Comfortable stay away from home!
This was my first time at this hotel and I found the staff so welcoming! The room was nice and comfortable! And location was walking distance from the train! Overall, great experience!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont! We were able to check in earlier than the normal time. It was a big plus from all the commuting that day. Very clean room and a helpful front desk staff.With all the great things to do in Chicago we decided for one evening to stay in and rent a movie! Overall a beautiful place to stay.
