Great Bargain
From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we checked out, the hotel was great. Trendy without attitude, friendly staff, brand new interior, great breakfast on each floor, awesome double shower heads, no complaints at all. We had a little noise because of garbage trucks each morning, but no big deal.

As always had a great time
This hotel is 5 minutes away from my office in Chicago which makes it the best hotel since I'm usually working 12-14 hours a day whenever I am in Chicago. Bed is always comfortable. A breakfast everyday is nice. Staff is nice. Highly recommended. Only downside, no lobby to speak of.

Great stay for the wild and heart
Just blocks away from great shopping on Michigan Ave. next to all the hot clubs in Kinzie and Hubbard, AND right next to Keefers for Ahh-mazing carrot cake.

Clear Thinking American
Amalfi Hotel
I stayed in room 215 on Sunday March 17, 2013. The floor lamp by the window was destroyed. I turned it on and quickly unplugged is due to the risk of fire. The sink in the bathroom would not drain. One would have to hold their finger in the water to prop open the drain plug to empty the bowl. Way under expectations for the price and location.

Wonderful weekend get-away
Good value with excellent centralized location in downtown Chicago. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Was also one of the few hotels to offer 2 queen beds. Would stay there again when visiting the Windy City!
