Very good
The weather was so perfect and the view was the most relaxing and beautiful. Maui will always be a special place. No place no earth is as great! Love the sunsets, beaches, and so many places to see. Everyone should go to Maui while they can still enjoy the Crater, great dining, and total enjoyment. Going on a Whale watch and seeing the look on a young person's face when they see a whale. Pure joy!!

spring breakers
spring break 2012
This particular unit is in need of work. AC unit in bedroom does not work at all. Maint. man said there was nothing they could do. Wood on front of cabinets splitting in two. Countertop starting to buckle, very old. Electrical outlet in bathroom doesn't work. Thought headboard on bed might hit me in head during the night, not affixed to bed. Rollers on sliding glass door stripped making it difficult to go in and out. The view was great! Pool and grounds were well maintained.

Hooked on Maui
70's Look
The unit was fine for size, but felt we had stepped back in time. Dirty Shag Carpet and very old beds and furniture. Had a musty smell which affected our sinus. Should have asked to be relocated to another unit.

Magnificent Maui
Wailea is a great place to relax and a great base for exploring Maui. There is a great variety of beaches, shops and restaurants that are close and easy to get to. Pros: Our condo was very comfortable and the view was better than we expected. It was well situated, in close proximity to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. Cons: There was no housekeeping during our 6 day visit, although it was advertized. My wife and I slept very comfortably, but our children found the beds in the second bedroom rather uncomfortable. There were a few minor issues with items that have not been maintained - loose door hinge, entry light not working, misaligned door on washer/dryer closet, dishwasher latch.

Best family get to gether in Maui yet
Large, Clean, spaceious, with views of ocean. Just sat on porch and watch the whales, talked and watch the sun sets. Central to most activities and good dining. Great value for the price.

Ekolu village condo
Our check-in at the Ekolu Village was very easy. Unfortunately, we received an upgraded room that was a little larger and also dingy. The view was great and there was a lot of space, but the decor was dated and not what we expected. Luckily, they accomodaed us the next day and moved us into a smaller unit, still a very good view--but nicely decorated and much more to our liking and a better internet connection. The village is not close to the beach, but we like to drive to different beaches, so this isn't a problem for us. Overall, we had a great time thanks to the different room.

If you have young children the snorkle trip that is offered by the Whale Association is perfect. It leaves later in the morning and only visits Molokini and this all young kids can really handle. Unless you are a die-hard snorkeler--the shorter is cheaper and doesn't suck such a huge amount of time out of your day.

WEDDING
EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY. ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE PEACE AND SERENITY OF THE EARLY MORNING HRS ON THE DECK. ALL IN ALL A PERFECT SETTING. THE PURPOSE OF OUR TRIP WAS TO ATTEND A WEDDING. WOULD CONSIDER A RETURN TRIP FOR A MORE IN DEPTH SIGHT SEEING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE A MOP IN THE CONDO SO THAT WE MAY CLEAN UP A LITTLE MORE AFTER OURSELVES.

Well equipped condo with excellent view of golf course and ocean. Private lanai and two bathrooms, lots of room!

Long walk from hotel
easy going down the hill, but a little difficult getting back up, especially if you're carrying something like beach towels
