Nice Resort
Very nice condos with full kitchen and many utensils to use. Nice view looking towards ocean. Once draw back is the poor design in construction. Since we stayed on first floor, you can hear every footstep and talking above you on the second floor. They do not have sound proofing between floors. Bring ear plugs.

Paradise if you play Golf
We asked not to be on the ground floor because we like to keep our doors open at night. We got the first floor, and what a surprise, we had the second floor also. It was only the two of us, but we had two bedrooms and two bath. Daily housekeeping was good and the staff very friendly. The wild Turkeys during the day were fun to watch, but they get up at 4 in the morning. Easy walk to the grocery store or a very short drive if you need a lot of groceries. Everything you need to cook and serve a meal is in the kitchen. Beautiful Beaches are within a half hour drive and Kona, about 40 minute drive. Would stay there again.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Hawi is a small town about 20 miles north and has a few small but interesting stops. On the way there, you might want to turn off to the side of the road and watch the whales if you are there in February and March. Bring Binaculars.

Great Value!
Very nice place! Great kitchen, 2 bathrooms! TV in every room. There was a nice breeze, no AC necessary. We had some friends staying at the hilton village and we all enjoyed this better! Assigned parking and easy to get to beaches and tours around the island.

Amazing place to stay!
This resort was beautiful! Right away when we walked in we were told we had been upgraded to the highly sought corner suite. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, dinning/living room. 2 stories tall! I had expected a normal hotel room and was amazed that this resort room was bigger than the apartment I rent back home! Staff was super friendly and accomodating. 5 miles away from main Waikoloa. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!
Luxurious 3-bd/3bath unit. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom & TV & every amenity imaginable. Very, very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware/dishes. Watched the sunrise with our coffee from our 2 balconies with expansive golf course view. Peaceful & quiet. Very restful. An excellent vacation. We usually have stayed at other hotels on the Waikoloa coast, but we will return here from now on. Definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Good resort, not the most convenient location
We stayed here for Christmas week 2012. Our 2-bedroom condo was spacious, generally nice and clean, though the furniture and carpets seem a little dated. The fitness center is the one amenity that we felt was inadequate; just 4 cardio machines and no weights so it's really not very useful. They charge $5 a day to be able to use the air conditioning - we didn't get it and didn't need it, as temps were generally comfortable for us and the breezes did a nice job of cooling down at night when the windows were opened through. I was a little surprised how far this was from Waikoloa Beach (5 miles inland) but that's my fault for not researching as well as I should have. If you want to go to a restaurant you're going to spend at least 15 minutes driving.
