Sheraton Princess Kaiulani

Room with refrigerator and coffee pot was great. Nightly music could be enjoyed from room balcony. View of pool and surrounding area was wonderful. Spent a lot of time in room due to limited walking ability of wife recovering from a broken leg. Will definitely return to hotel on our next trip.

this hotel is in a great location. right across the street from the beach, surrounded by shopping. the hotel amentities are ok. there are free internet stations in the lobby but the pool is rather small and the hotel itself is old. what i didn't like about it was being placed in a room where they know there are tons of complaints about noise. at 5am i was woken up by garbage and delivery trucks. i moved rooms that morning. they admitted that they receive many complaints from that wing but they cannot control the noise from the street. i also felt that they nickeled and dimed people every chance they get. there is no late check out. they charge you $10/hr past 11am. after putting me in a noisy room, no apologies only an offer to move me to a different room where from 7-9:30pm there would be a lot of noise coming from the pool area (hotel entertainment). but for the cheap price, i wouldn't stay here again. there are plenty of other hotels located in the same great area.

We have just returned from our stay at the Princess. Staff and service was excellent as was location. We had a high-ocean view room which was everything as stated. There was noise from the street buskers of an evening but as everything finished before midnight, this was not a major issue (except for the terrible drummer busker). We have stayed at the Princess on our prior visits and would continue to stay at this hotel on future vacations.

We have stayed at the Princess Kaiulani a couple other times. Each time we have been very happy with the room and the hotel's location in connection with all of the activity on Waikiki. It is just across the street from the beach and right next door to the International Market. We were on the 22nd floor and had a nice view of the ocean and of the pool area. The parking garage is one of the nicest we have found in Waikiki. It is very accessible and we have never had a hard time finding a place to park the car. The staff is very friendly and when we called room service for a couple things, they were very accomdating and responded quickly. They were a little slow in getting the room cleaned each day, but it was always done right. There were a few small inconveniences, but I would totally recommend this hotel to someone.

We went there on vacation and toured the island, hanged loose at the beach, and caught up on our "R&R". Would stay there next time. Staff answered all of our questions with a smile.

First four nights we didn't get the requested King Room. But they did upgrade us to a Ocean view room at a moderate cost of $20 per night. The second 3 days after the cruise, were excellent. The room location, and quality were great.

Great hotel, alot of history behind it, and great location

We have previously stayed at this hotel and loved its staff and accomodations. It is also within walking distance to almost everything and what you can not walk to you can easily ride the bus or trolley too!

I take a family trip at least once a year to Oahu,if not more. I enjoyed my stay at P.K. Hotel because of the location,service,& parking on premises that made it easier. It was one of my better experiences. One request would be is to have a microwave in the room if possible. It helps when you travel with young children.
