Divide your time between the beach and the 2-mile Ala Moana Beach Park, both five minutes away by foot. The Hawaii Convention Center is just around the corner.

One of the Top Hotels on Waikiki!!

This was our second stay at the Prince Waikiki, and it is superb in every way. The employees are very helpful and charming. The roomservice workers went out of their way to setup an extra table and chair for us. The floor to ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the marina and the fireworks' shows. The food is always delicious and the service is top-notch. I plan to stay at the Prince every time!

THe Prince has an excellent location with the shopping center very close. For those of us who like to walk, there is Magic Island practically next door with its many paths.

Great deal

Bit off the main street thus pretty hard to walk around, but if to rent a car, totally no problem. Our main purpose was to play golf, thus felt no inconvenience. Just one thing to mention about is the poor amenity. But overall, the best deal to get the ocean front view hotel with clean room and decent service.

Loved it better than a hog loves slop

Our stay at the Prince was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the location was just beautiful being located next to the harbor. My compliments to the the staff and management of the Hawaii Prince for their part in a memorable vacation.

Waikiki Prince was great!

We liked the Hawaii Prince. The room was huge- especially the bathroom. All the rooms had views- and even our less expensive room on 8 had a floor to ceiling windows. The bed had a rather hard mattress, but otherwise was comfortable room.

It's damp and needs some up dates.

This hotel was great for my purpose in Oahu. Business and pleasure combined but it felt damp and there wasn't a decent breakfast to be had any where close. The buffet was over priced and lacking.

Nice place & relatively close to airport

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. We've stayed here once before. The room is adequate in size and the view is of the harbor (with many boats moored) and the ocean. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the indifference attitude given us by the receptionist. I'll probably search for an alternative location next time. This hotel is only a good deal if you start looking early for discounts. We paid $145 for one night & a compact car through [...]. Two months prior it was $70 more...

Shopping tip: Long walk from hotel

However, this hotel has a free shuttle to Waikiki Beach. Runs every 1/2 hour. The hotel charged $15/night for parking. This amount could easily be paid in Waikiki for a few hours.
