Top-rate service and quality right outside Atlanta’s airport
The Hilton Atlanta Airport hotel has been 4-diamond rated for the past 21 years and it’s easy to see why. Guests feel welcome when they enter the spacious, well-lit lobby, which features a coffee bar with Starbucks coffee and a large assortment of pastries. There are two inviting restaurants on site as well as two pools, Jacuzzi and fitness center. The Hilton Atlanta Airport hotel is close to I-85 and I-285, making most of metro Atlanta easily accessible, while downtown is barely 15 minutes away.Amenities

Final Four
The room was priced reasonably for the NCAA Final Four Saturday. It was close to several places to eat and was a great hotel. But, the bathroom lacked cleanliness. There was hair shavings on the floor and in the shower. It took about an hour to get someone to come clean it up. I was comped 2 free breakfasts. Hotel and staff were nice!

Home away from home
I frequent Atlanta and this hotel can become my second home. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Whenever I asked for something the hotel staff was there to assist me. LIves up to the HIlton standards!

Hilton Atlanta Airport - Convenient stop for driving between Florida & Midwest
I have stayed here several times on my home from Florida. It is a convenient stop for me when I drive between Florida and the mid-west. The front desk staff are very friendly & courteous. The rooms have been updated in the last 3 years. Since this is right by Atlanta airport there is not many options for local dining. It is about 8-10 miles from downtown or the entertainment/cultural neighborhoods. What I don't like is the value. This is a high/mid price hotel, but they charge for parking, breakfast is not included & neither is internet (although it is free for AT&T Internet subscribers). Maybe these are some of the disadvantages of booking this hotel through an internet travel company?

FYI--if you rented a car, used valet, and plan to catch an early flight, you should give yourself an extra 15 minutes. Their valet is doubling as a shuttle driver.

My Stay
My Hotel stay was Fantastic! I loved the Staff as a Whole. The Room was cleaned to my satisfaction & the Staff was very polite. Here's what needs improvement: They should offer a Continental Breakfast & that is not something they offer. Paying for parking, daily should be included in your stay. Having No Microwave in my Room was Inconceivable to me. Not to mention, how inconvenient it was. They had 1 Vending machine on the LL & that was also a disservice. Unfortunately because of that, I will not Book another stay in that Hotel. I will, however, utilize the Services of Orbitz Again! I loved the way the Travel Consultant handled my Reservation. He was Awesome. You, definitely have me as a Client.

nice folks room was ok, i like raddison hotels much better, i valet parked for 1 night only and notified the front desk that i didnt need any more valet , but they tried to charge me for 3 days, also i called to have a microwave delivered to myrom i retuned it 14 hours later but they tried to charge me for 4 days, 10 dollars a day, overall it was ok, but i will try to find raddison next time for the money

the maid did not give new sheets she just made up the bed iwth the old sheets. i ask the maid for a extra hand towel and she told me they do nothave any extra. request a king size bed and was told did not have any. had reserve a king size

Travels 50% of the month
Not so hot!
The service at this Hilton was non existent. I have never seen such shoddy service, ever! On top of that the room was not clean, there weren't even wash cloths provided. Parking was bad. The sink didn't drain, the toilet didn't flush. Never again!
