Great Getaway
Beautiful room, view and location. Pool area is very nice...feels tropical. Shuttle service to River Street was incredibly handy. Parking is a little inconvenient (valet is available though for those who don't mind spending a little more money), but not a huge deal. Overall, I WILL stay there again.

Honeymooners
My husband and I had reservations at the Westin Hotel 12/14 thru 12/16 and from the time we entered the property we were impressed. The staff was courteous and attentive. The desk clerk was named Ebony and she greeted us with a huge smile and very friendly hello. Check in was a breeze and we even received a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We were upgraded to a room with a spectacular view overlooking the river. Our room was immaculate and we could not have asked for more. Our honeymoon weekend get a way was fabulous! We will definitely be returning.

Excellent service
We arrived and although we were given our room key the room was not ready. A hotel employee overheard us talking on the way back to the lobby and immediately had us wait in the lounge while she worked on our getting us a room. She then provided us four complimentary drinks and two breakfast buffets for our minor inconvenience. Excellent service!

Great Weekend Getaway!
This was a great hotel for a quick getaway. The location was wonderful because it is far enough away from the busy River Street noise to not overcrowd a romantic weekend. The staff was very helpful.

Heavenly Beds
We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay. We love the location and always have gotten a river view room. The room has always been clean and comfortable. The sitting area with view of the river is a cute plus that my husband and I have enjoyed. The Westin's Heavenly Beds are wonderful! A big reason why we continue to go to Westins. These are the only beds that we sleep as well on as we do when we are at home. The grounds were cute and it was fun sitting on the terrace for out in the gazebo. This was a completely enjoyable hotel! We would definitely stay again if in the Savannah area.

Nice hotel...not the best Westin
This was a quick trip for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Savannah is really a beautiful city, the people are nice, and the food is outstanding. We explored the older parts of town, ate at some of the nicer places (get reservations for Elizabeth's on 37th for a wonderful fine dining experience). The hotel's heavenly beds delivered, as usual. May have just been the holiday weekend, but there were a LOT of children around who overtook the pool and made it an unpleasant place for those of us who like vacationing with adults. The rooms were nice. I didn't like waiting for the Ferry every time we went into Savannah proper but it was sort of fun. Make sure you take a tour while you are there. The history and architecture are worth checking out.

Westin Savannah Harbor
I loved the rooms and the river view was great. The little dog staying across the hall barked occasionally and that was the only thing that kept it from being perfect.
