old, ok
Wasn't that impressed. The hotel was clearly old, at the far end of the river walk. We were there with a lot of families and teenagers...horrible!!! The walls are paper thin. It didn't strike me as all that clean. There are better hotels closer to the action.

Wasn't what I expected
The hotel was a good distance from river street. The staff were very friendly but the pricing for everything was ridiculous. The parking was not substantial enough for how many guest are staying at a time... And waking up to rather unclean sheets left a bad impression on me and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at the Marriot.

Great Location
My family and I spent 3 nights and had a great time. The location was wonderful. The river view spectacular. Pool was nice. It would've been perfect if it had a mini fridge, free parking, and free wi-fi.

The room was akward, it does not look like the one they show it on the pics, the toilet door does not lock, no internet, not good amenity

Our stay was quite pleasant. We enjoyed talking to the bartenders and other staff. All were helpful. We took the advice of the concierge and ate at The Pirate House. Excellent meal and delightful atmosphere.

Perfect Vacation
I was very impressed with the Marriott. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The location couldn't get any better, right on the River Front with easy access to the whole historic district. Everything was walking distance. The room was very comfortable, comfortable beds and very clean. Only downside was there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone’s stay in Savannah. Was a really great vacation! By the way, if you like beer, you have to check out the Moon River Brewery on Bay Street!

ok but not a great view
Our room view was the airconditioning system, loud and obnoxious....room was clean and beds were nice....staff was friendly....ok but could have gotten a better view....
