Quiet Getaway

The customer service could not have been any better. We arrived early and the hotel was able to let us check in anyway. We had a corner room which was actually larger than some of the other rooms. Very comfortable and quiet. We could not hear noise from other rooms. The location simply cannot be beat. If you like pizza, try Vinnie Van Gogos located just behind the hotel at the city market. Hotel is also conveniently located close to The Lady and Sons famous restaurant. You will not be disappointed in either of these. This was our second trip to Savannah. We will definitely go back again.

Nice hotel and great location

Hotel was very nice. Location great to shops and restaurants. The pool was kind of small but we were the only ones in it so it was ok. The hot tub always full and would be nice if it was bigger. No free breakfast.

You have got be kidding

That Hilton would put their name on this hotel. The staff does not know how to read a Do Not Disturb Sign if you want to have someone walk in on your romantic getaway. The valet parked the car on the street and the car was ticketed. I was charged for parking, breakfast and anything else they could think of...............

Great location!

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Savannah. It was so easy to walk to the riverfront and all of the restaurants. The rooms are of good quality, and they even have cookies in the lobby.

anniversary stay

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was awesome. The only complaint I had was that we were too close to the elevators and heard the elevator dinging from our room every time it was summoned by someone.

Wonderful time in Savannah at the Hilton Garden

We loved Savannah, an incredibly beautiful city! The Hilton Garden was perfectly situated just across City Market & so near to the river. Our room was big, comfortable & decorated with taste for a chain hotel. I used the gymn, heated pool & spa every day. The staff was nice & eager to help, especially the concierge who gave us good advice & organized things for us. All around we felt really pampered at the hotel.

Surprise Trip to Savannah

This hotel was a great choice! Great location - close to everything. The staff was polite and extremely accommodating. Our only issue was the treadmill was out of order but they offered us the use of the workout room at the Double Tree across the street - that worked put well!

Ms. Wilkes great restaurant for good down home cooking. Paula Deen's is one dining experience you should pass on - food was so salty it was not edible - very disappointing.

Central to everything!

Room was really nice w/ high ceilings and huge window! Walk a cross the street to City Market or River Street, which are the two places you wanna be. Perfect if your there to see the historic houses and buildings. I could not have been happier with this location!!!

Vic's on the River on River street is the perfect romantic dinner spot. The corner pizza place at the city market is full of character. For a longer stroll through the historic neighborhood go to Gryphon on Bull St. Unique!
