Great location
Walking distance to all of historic downtown. Rooms are up to date. The bathrooms show a little wear, but everything was clean. Pillows are pitiful, so make sure you ask for an extra. But overall, I would stay there again. The week night is a great rate for the location!

Extremely nice staff & excellent hotel.
The Four Points by Sheraton was extremely nice. It was a new hotel. Very clean and inviting. We were there for a Bachelorette Party and the staff was extremely nice & accomadating. We booked 3 rooms and they were all great. The staff did excellent about getting the rooms together. I did a great deal of communicating with them before the check-in date and they were always friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

Close to City Market
This was our first trip to Savannah and we were not sure where the hotel would be located. We were pleased to find it's location close to River Street and within walking distance (2 blocks) to City market and Paula Deen's restaurant. Room was clean and fairly new. $15.00/day parking was a bit steep but there was street parking nearby. Easy access to interstate and hop skip and a jump into S. Carolina over the bridge. Large bathroom in room and beds very comfortable.

Great Location
This was a great location for me, it was in walking distance of the Lady and Sons and of River Street and other restaurants and bars. My eexperience was great. The one things I would say was not satisfactory was, there was no continental breakfast but everything else was great!

This hotel is on the edge of the historic district, but is definitely in the historic district. The decor is very tasteful and everything was very clean. The pool area is quite nice.

Nice Hotel
It was a nice hotel. The staff is friendly, and the pool was very cool. It's sort of out the outskirts of the historic district, but close to everything we wanted to go do.

Very Friendly
Arrived as late check in. No hassles with room, parking, or staff. The room was very comfortable and ready for my arrival. Plenty of towels and toiletries. It was close to River Street and Bay Street. I felt very safe to walk downtown from this location. I was allowed to keep my car in valet parking even after check out to shop. I would recommend anyone to stay as I plan to do the same the next time I travel to downtown Savannah.

Off the beaten path
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is not in the main tourist area down by the river, which was great because we felt very catered to and the staff knew us. If you don't like crowds, but want to stay at a nice place, stay here. It is right next to the city market?perfect walking distance to everything?and great decor on the inside. One downside is there is not a large parking garage, so you have to pay $15 a day to valet, but the upside of this is your car is waiting in the circle drive for you when you come down from the room!

Family Friendly
We came down with other family members for the graduation our my grandson from Parris Island. The Hotel was close to the River Walk which was very enjoyable and offered shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Hotel itself had a very nice bar and restaurant which allowed for a place for all the family to meet and plan our day and meet at the end of the day. Did find though that the bar tenders were a little overwhelmed at serving more than a few people at a time. Overall though, very enjoyable stay.

Satisfied in Savannah
Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Able to easily walk everywhere in Savannah. We did not eat here as there are many options on the street. Staff were very helpful in helping us locate nightly entertainment, even calling around town for us. We would definitely return to this hotel.
