Location was nice

Location was nice, walkable to plenty of shops an restaurants. I would not stay there again for bathrooms were outdated an just needed a "room" facelift for the price per night wasn't worth it. Also I had to fly out two days early for business an weather, the company (Hotel) said my weekly stay was non-refundable an they tried to put a valet parking on my bill also. Very dissapointed RC

Southern Comfort, NOT!!!

The mattress reeked of vomit. Other than its a below average hotel, rooms are noisy, bathrooms are sub-par, closets small, no drawers for clothing, internet is slow, parking is expensive. Staff was friendly, I think to compensate for the embarrassing conditions of the hotel

First Getaway

Very convenient to the River walk shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and eager to please. However, the room was a little on the small side, and a little pricey for the size. I would stay again, but would ask for a better rate.

Busy honeymoon

The location was good. A trolley pass at the visitors center made touring the downtown historic district easy, just get on and off where you wish. The best food was on the river front, but not cheap. The concierge at the hotel useful, and staff very friendly. A good hotel.

Traveling duo

Pretty good location. City hotel with limited parking and room on the small side. Very modern and clean. We walked on River street and ate at the Lady and Sons.

Needs some work

The hotel was located in a good area (Downtown Savannah), but the rooms where very dirty. The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in 6 months, and the room smelled dirty.

girls week-end

The hotel was just average. The rooms were nothing special and the rug was very dirty. The staff were very nice. We went into the bar on first night and they did not have enough vodka for the two of us to have a drink and did not offer to get any more. Location was very good.

Great Stay

The location was great being right on the edge of City Market. From the moment we arrived the staff was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was a little on the firm side but not unbearable. Overall, it was well worth the money.

Very Nice Couple Getaway

My fiance and I had a very nice experience at the 4 Point Sheraton. We were greated right when we walked in until the time we left. The rooms were very nice and they were cleaned each day and stocked with new towels, etc. The only reservation I would say is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways as well as the other rooms.
