Americas Best Inns Savannah

The rooms were adequate for the price and comfortable. We just needed a comfortable bed and no frills.

We stayed here on our way down the east coast. It isn't anything special, and the shower left a lot to be desired. But it was close to the highway and inexpensive. It's fine as a place to stop for the night.

The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean for the most part.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! The rooms are disgusting. They are very dirty, roach invested and smelly rooms. I thought maybe the first room was one of a kind so I asked for another room. I was given a different room that was just as bad. I returned the room key that night and they told me to call back in the morning for my refund. When I called they asked for my number so they could call me back. They did not call me back! I called them again...once I finally got a hold of someone that could make a decision they told me they dont give refunds even though I was told the night before that I would get one. This was an awful experience...the shower head was broken, the shower curtain had mildew, the toilets looked like they've Never been cleaned, the hand towel had a hole in it, and the roaches topped it all off!! DO NOT stay here!!!!

The location was great but the room had a strong Mold/paint smell. I ask for a better room but the manager pretty much told me that had to stick with it. There is better places in this area. Please look some where else.

The hotel wasn't terrible, but it could have been a little cleaner. The distance from the airport could have been shorter, if you stay here and are flying in I suggest you rent a car or you'll be paying quite a bit in taxi fees. The restaurants around the hotel were pretty nice and within a short walking distance.

We drove into the parking lot and knew that we were not going to be staying here. The place was dirty and run down. The web site for them show's it as a 4-5 star versus their 2 star across town. I couldn't even imagine what that would have looked like. We had called to verify our reservations and couldn't understand a word the person that answered the phone said but were told that we didn't have a room. I called back with the confirmation number and he didn't understand what I was telling him, but kept repeating that "we have rooms." This would be a press one for english, but you're not given that option.

The carpet and chair upholstery was stained, there was a puddle of water on the floor behind the toilet, the toilet seat was soiled, and the bathroom in general was so dirty we didn't even take a shower. We had reserved a smoking room for TWO people....there was a single cup coffee maker with one cup, one disposable plastic drinking cup at the sink, & no ashtray. The printed sheet listing the hotel menu was stained & sticky so we didn't care to order anything. The walls & woodwork needed repair. The only thing going for it was that it did have clean, pressed sheets. I'm sorry to report that I definately would not recommend, nor return to this hotel.
