TWELVE Hotel (Peachtree)
We had a girlfriends' get-together in Atlanta and this hotel was perfect! Spacious living room and wonderful full kitchen. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Hotel was in a great location, was in walking distance from the MARTA station. We did a lot that weekend and everything was less than 10 minutes away from the hotel!

Helpful and Friendly Staff
This was my first visit to Atlanta, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She gave us directions and ways to get around the city. We really appreciated her willingness to help with a smile!

Amazing Place to Stay in Downtown Atlanta
This was not my first time at Twelve Centennial, and it certainly won't be my last. The staff is excellent and you can't beat the value. A fully furnished condo with granite counters and stainless steel appliances for under $200 per night is a steal. The location is very close to the center of downtown, making it easy to access public transportation or simply walk. I typically leave my car in the garage for the entire stay. They do offer valet services, but you can self park for much less at a garage that is attached to the rear of the building. This is by far one of the best places I have stayed when traveling, and I travel fairly frequently.

Short walk from hotel
Park in the garage that is connected to the rear of the hotel. It is much cheaper than valet and you can still access your car without going outside.

The Twelve Centennial Park is wonderful hotel. First, the positives. The rooms have full kitchens, are spacious with nice sized bathrooms, comfy beds and a flat screen tv in both the living room and the bedrooom. It has a very nice pool and workout facility. It is next to the Civic Center Marta station and within walking distance to many eating establishments, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and CNN Center. The negatives, parking is $26. per night. The restaurant is horribly overpriced. And, on this particular stay, there were 2 problems in the bathroom. One was a non-working faucet that was fixed immediately and the other was the bathroom fan that sounded like it was going to fall from the ceiling. I was told it would be fixed the next day but at the end of my 6 day stay the problem had not been resolved. Overall, I would stay here again.
