Great pit stop
Very pleased with our stay. Looking at other reviews we knew we would have to pay for parking. So that was not a surprise. My only personal preference was that the beds were a little too soft for my liking. But I like harder beds so that's my only personal thing. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and we were able to enjoy the hot tub.

Clean, well-maintained, friendly
This hotel was a good deal for the price. I especially LOVE the in-room kitchenette - I hate to eat out every meal of a vacation, since it's pricey and tiring. The only downside is the $20 a night parking. It really adds up when you're staying for more than 2 days.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
Buckhead is full of shopping and pretty nice restaurants. It's a nice place to stay if you want to be somewhere glitzy but not exorbitant. The food in the area is very good.

ok. but room 506 made us physically sick
Weather was great during our vacation in April 2011. Hotel was nice except for a few minor problems. The heater/Air Conditioner in Room 506 has some kind of virus/microbe/dust/dust mites that made us physically sick (runny nose and mucas in throat) at night. OR it could have been an allergy to the chemical they put on the rug. Room was clean and neat, no visible dust present. Window only opens 3 inches. Parking the rental car at hotel costs $15 per day - Ouch ! No chairs / benches / seating area in pool area to sit and watch over the swimmers or your children swimming. Pool is only 4 feet in deep end. Hot tub is very basic. Ran out of towels at pool area, took 45 mins for staff to replenish (9 pm). I am sensitive to any noise while I sleep, and even with window closed, could hear trash trucks, big trucks, tractor trailer trucks, fire trucks, etc going by on the local road. Room maid was very good, very polite, did a good job. The complementary self-serv breakfast was excellent every day I was there! Over all there is nothing wrong with this hotel, I would recommend it to others with the above exceptions, but I personally will not stay there again because I like to swim every night on my vacations.
