Super awesome crazy fun Trip!
When we first got there they gave us a room with two double sized beds even though my reservation was for a king. They told me the third party doesn't care and will tell them whatever to get the reservation. I was a little takin back by that but they rectified the situation and the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Quick weekend trip
Stayed in Atlanta for a weekend trip. Chose the hotel because of the location. Close to downtown, right off of the highway. We had a rental car, and found much cheaper parking options up the street. Staff was super friendly

Not a great place.
This was not a good value. We had to switch rooms twice because they were so dirty. The pillows in one of the rooms had so much make up and hair on them. It looked like Tammy Faye was the room's last guest. Everything past the lobby was shabby, run down, and a little dingy. I would not stay here again. A friend book this reservation. I tried to get her to cancel it. We paid $111 a night. The W Hotel, which is amazing, and only a block or two away was $116. When I called to complain about the first room being dirty, the employee said they were too busy to talk about it on the phone, that I would have to come to the front desk and WAIT IN LINE to talk to them. If this hotel is $60 a night, go for it. Any more than that, find somewhere else. The location is excellent. But that's about it. Drinks at the bar are $15 for well brands. So, if you do stay here, plan in drinking elsewhere.

Good location and friendly staff
This hotel has a good location 10 minutes walk to the heart of Atlanta and attractions like Coca Cola World and the Georgia Aquarium. It's also close to the Fox Theatre and easy to get to from the tube station at North Avenue making the trip from the airport very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms are a little tired and showing their age but you get what you pay for I guess. This would put some off so if you want a luxury hotel this may not be for you. If you want a base for seeing the city and are not too fussy this will be ideal.

Up Grade
The hotel is in a wonderful location right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. However for the price of this hotel I think some things need to be changed and renovated. The TV is not even a flat screen and the rooms just look pretty old in general. The bath room was ok and seemed to be the only renovated thing in the room honestly. I stay in many hotels in Atlanta and don't mind paying for my comfort but I really think this place is over priced. They are relying on the location and lobby to keep the price up but as soon as you hit the room you will be highly disappointed.

Room
The lobby and hotel staff were very nice. However the rooms were not what u expected. The hotel needs to be updated and the bar and restaurant should be open longer personal opinion. The tv in the room was so out of date. I'm talking sound buzzing out of the big back box. The room was clean it was just not up to date at all. It does not compare to the Westin of Indigo hotel and they are about the same price. One great feature is the balcony which u don't really see any more in Hotels especially not In this area. The views are amazing and the location is great. The hotel was nice just not for the price!!!

Dirty,overpriced
The lobby was clean and quiet. The security seemed good; requires room card to ascend to room floor...good. 2 towels and 2 wash cloths in a double bed room. Poor lighting, dusty, absolutely filthy carpeting, cracked tile and coping in bathroom, crumbs all over the table in room, dusty lamp shades and tv screen, NOISY, NOISY, NOISY from the highway, no newspapers on weekends and no nearby boxes outside. No shower caps, supplies had been opened and were covered with dust. Travel often with my wife. We've had an occasional small problem in some facilities. This is 1st facility I've ever written a neg. comment on. Would suggest no one stay here. Room rate ($120) was $149 wi/tax & $28 for pkng. The pictures and descriptions on the site aren't real. Other hotels in this chain are better.

Really nice view
The hotel overall is nice from the time you enter it including the staff. However, the only thing that I would comment on is that the TV is the old tube ones and there is no ventilation in the washroom. The little things creates the mindset if the room is new or old.
