Very great hotel located in the heart of Atlanta. Not far from anything. Staff was nice and helpful. Only issue was overpriced parking but we found a parking lot within walking distance. Room had a great view of the city + a balcony. There room had an old fashioned box tv from the 90's, but it wasn't like we turned it on anyway. I'd definitely book this hotel again when I return to atl

Gladys Kight's Chicken and Waffles is right around the corner. Just go east on Linden. Less than a five minute walk!

Disappointed
Pictures from the website are deceiving. Staff are nice. When I first arrived, shower didnt have hot water til 25 minutes running water. Ice machine not working. The air conditioner not working properly. Pool not clean. The bar at the pool not open. This hotel needs to be up and running and fully staff. Rooms are dated. I did have a talk with the manager upon check out. They shouldve compensated me in some way.

Not what I wanted.
I was given a room on the 22nd floor. Although it had a nice view, it was very uncomfortable throughout the night because it was so humid and we had pretty constricted sinuses the next day. I was told by the reservation person that the hotel was within a block or two of the site we wanted to visit which wasn't the truth. The staff was nice but we were given conflicting directions on how to get to the Atlanta Aquarium. We ended up paying for Marta transportation cards (that we did not know how to use). We got back to the hotel by cab. I would have rated the experience higher had it not been for the inconvenience of getting to the Atlanta aquarian and if the first reservation I made the Omni CNN hotel had not somehow not been reserved for me prior to this one. It was much closer to the Atlanta Aquarium. But for some reason, this site got some glitch and when I called the following day, I was told there were no more rooms available.

Staff
The staff were very professional and very fun to talk to. The gentleman at the information desk had a very good knowledge of the things that we came to Atlanta for as far as nightlife goes and told us everything we needed to know. Very pleased.

Terrible
This was not a good stay... The restaurant was closed, so there was no where to eat except for the bar in the lobby!!! Who wants to eat out in the open after a long day. NOT ME!!. No house keeping for 3 days. Had to ask the front desk for toilet tissue. Sheets on my bed were torn, bath tub was dirty. Had to walk to get dinner and was almost mugged, after being followed from the hotel. Will never stay there again

Great location to all that's popular in ATL
Great Location! And the staff found ways to make my stay sweet! (w/the exception of 1 of the night managers. This guy was uncaring about my needs, but wasn't rude! In other words, he nicely told me no to things his co-worker gladly did for me without me even asking for it!) The hotel itself needs an update! The lobby is really nice but the room was old looking Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable! Hot water wasn't always available! Beware of the Parking lot fees! 15 dollars a day to start
