Ok, Average.

I stayed here for the location. Close to to club we were going to for one night. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Yes there is a draft from the balcony door. Yes the carpets looks old and worn. I didn't mind. Just needed a place to stay for the night after partying. Staff was very friendly. One warning though. Hot water is very hot in the sink and the bathtub. I recommend, before stepping into the shower, to test the temp of the water coming out.

Weekend Vacation

I highly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I appreciated the amenities provided on the Level Lounge on floor 24. I liked that the internet access was free. However, the only thing i didn't like was how the internet cut in and out frequently

Friends road trip

Staff was very helpful when trying to check in really early (8am). Beds were comfortable, but no fridge/microwave (perhaps a Spanish hotel style). Parking was not free was advertised, 15 or 30 dollars depending on what option you take. Location was superb though, aquarium and other attractions were within walking distance..

great hotel with old tv's

I stayed overnight on a very cold night recently and had a great experience, from the valet to the doormen to the counter clerks. I don't know the proper terms but the place is beautiful. the only issues I had with the place was the restaurant for breakfast was just too cold and the TV's in the rooms were the old large box ones. but the staff was so helpful and friendly and the rooms so beautifully done that I would return in an instant to this location that is ideal for access to the interstates and downtown areas.

Not like Photos

I visited a friend staying here back in August and was very surprised at the look of the room. It look outdated from the bed to the tv. Nothing like the photographs. I don't know if they were renovating the rooms, but the only thing nice was the view. The only thing that was updated was the sink area and the very small bathroom, which had a lack of towels, and they were thin and cheap looking. The room didn't have a mini fridge or microwave. The parking deck is located a block from the hotel and has a sky walk to the actual hotel. The hallways look old and worn. The lobby area looked nice, but synthetic, as if trying too hard to look posh. Wasn't impressed. I would not stay here on my own accord.
