nice and convenient

A perfect location for my Atlanta stay- one block from Marta, easy access to the locations I was visiting. Rooms are small but stylish and one of the most comfortable beds I've had in a midrange hotel.

Great location

This is a great hotel for insomniacs - someone banged furniture against the floor/walls for several hours late at night so sleeping was a dream. Great location for downtown visiting, though. Bathroom was the size of a closet but clean, as was the room. A/C did not work well but window opened which was a refreshing change.

Could have been much better

Hotel Indego seemed to provide everthing I was looking for when I booked the room. Great location and it looked fantastic. Overall, I left disappointed. It was around $220 for the night, and after some confusing explanations and directions I almost had to pay another 50 for parking (25 per car). The guy that checked us in was able to take care of us and cover the parking (he is a great dude), but beware of hidden costs when booking. The rooms are very small, but not unmanageable. The beds were super comfy. Good: Location was indeed awesome, right across the Fox Theater and walking distance to some great places to drink and have a good time. Beds were awesome and the room was pretty clean. Breakfast was offered but I missed it. I can't comment on the selection, but there is a complimentary breakfast. Bad: Price price price. I don't mind paying good money for location, but the rooms were very small and the bathrooms even smaller. Some rooms had dogs and they were barking up to around 12:30am (thin walls). Parking is not covered. When I checked in I was told I would be given a card at checkout that would allow me to leave the parking garage without paying. I later found out that the guy was just comping us the parking as another employee tried to tell me I would owe 25 for the night per car. Basically, plan on paying for parking as well. None of this would have been a problem, but for 270 (220+25+25) a night I expect a bit more than I received. Maybe if everything was clearly described to me during check in I would have a different opinion, but overall it was a disorganized establishment that could have been awesome with a different price point.

You must stay here

We loved staying here. The location right across the street from the Fox Theater was great. Sitting on the hotel's front patio drinking coffee and watching the city scene was a blast. Josh, Jahuddy and the entire staff were awesome. And this was the best pet-friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Atlanta.

Quaint, but lacking.

Uniquely decorated, but very small room and too small of a bathroom. The updated paint/style of halls and rooms are appealing, but when you look closely it was done very sloppily, revealing old/moldy imperfections. The staff was generally friendly, only one glitch. The desk clerk ignored the line of 5 people standing in front of him while on the phone explaining something to a possible customer; put them on hold and tend to the ones in front of you. Parking is in the back (shared by another hotel), not across the street like the website says.

Pet friendly

As someone traveling across the country with 2 cats & a dog, I have difficulty finding pet friendly hotels that are clean, not too expensive, & don't have a ton of pet restrictions. Hotel Indigo Midtown Atlanta was the perfect fit for what I was looking for.

In this case, "boutique" means small and meager

Got a great rate and decided to try this midtown location for a Sunday night stay. Lobby and common areas of the hotel were stylishly decorated, but the looks of the staff, not so much. No valet. The hotel was practically empty, but we received a tiny room in a corner with the view of a parking garage. I guess the rate entitled us to a nasty room. And that was after charging an outrageous $25 for parking. With a practically empty hotel, I expected much more. The room was clean, but the bathroom was so small that you couldn't dry yourself without opening the door. And there is no ventilation fan, so whatever you do in the bathroom lingers. Television had Fox, but not MSNBC. I guess if you were traveling by yourself this all might be sufficient, but this hotel was unfortunately nothing special.

Great hotel.

We stay here when we go see something at The Fox Theater and each time it is an enjoyable experience. The only reason for the one score below 5 is because of the size of the bathrooms.

Ok

Ok but hard to get a good nights sleep due to very bright lights from outside and no way to completely close curtains
