Baseball heaven at Atlanta hotel near home of the Braves
The Holiday Inn Select Atlanta Capitol Conference Center provides quality service in downtown Atlanta. It's just steps from the capitol building and a few blocks away from the attractions Atlanta has to offer. Guests notice the elegant tapestries and rich wood furnishings as soon as they enter the lobby. The rooms also welcome guests with large windows that provide lots of sunlight and furnishings that carry a comfortable, but classic look. STAYED FOR BUSINESS
Stayed for a week, was great to get away from the other 3000 participants downtown. Rooms clean and very nice, Staff awesome.....comman areas could be cleaner and more varity in food/lounge would be nice The Shuttle was an AWESOME service provided...all in all a good value for the money.

Good Gift Market Location
We stayed there for Atlanta Gift Market, out third time at this hotel. Good check in, check out experience. Decent food in restraurant and bar, although limited selection.Bus and shuttle experience very good, on time. Only issue was understaffing in Bar and Restraurant. Room service was ordered with caution that wait time was 30 to 45 min. After an hour and a half, we were too tired to eat and had to cancel. Micro & Fridge in room is 15.00 a day??

Perfect location near the action
Stayed for Halloween. Free parking. Check-in was a breeze. Hotel isn't most up-to-date, but room was clean and bed was comfortable. All in all---good deal!

room is not good
the hotel is not like 3 star hotel. there is nothing in the room. no frige no slippers and small TV. Also water is warm not hot.

Hotel stay and shuttle service was great.
The hotel was pleasant and so was the employees. It was nice having the shuttle bus take you to and from place you wish to go or visit within a certain radius. the drivers on the shuttle was very pleasant and nice. If I come back to Georgia I look forward to staying at the Holiday Inn Atlantic conference center.

GIRLS WEEKEND
The hotel charge guest an extra $18 dollars to park. When they charge others people visitng for an event nothing.

Expensive hidden parking, hard bed, good location if you are watching a ballgame.
This was by far the worst Holiday Inn property I have ever stayed at. I've probably been to 20 to 30 of them. The parking at this hotel adds nearly 20 dollars a day to your room cost. The staff treated us like we were a bother any time we asked any of them a question. When we inquired about checking out a day early they said we could do so for a $50 fee. This was well worth is so I tried to take advantage of it. We were then notified that doesn't apply if you book online. We left anyway. It was worth every penny of the $130+ (including parking) I lost. The two positive things I will say is that when I complained the (costly not complimentary) breakfast buffet was bad at best (seemed reheated from the day before) they refunded half my breakfast bill. The short walk to Turner Field for a ballgame was nice. Next time I will stay somewhere nice and catch a cab.
