Extended Stay Deluxe Atlanta - Lenox

The setup is nice but the room had a very odd smell. Friday and saturday had a lot of party going guests coming back to their rooms late and making a lot of noise. You can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms of the hotel. The gyn only had two machines that had probably seen better days and no water fountain, besides one in lobby.

Room was dirty with strong smell of smoke. Needs to be clean. Constant noice, banging and slamming of doors. Other guests playing loud music. Unable to sleep nights or days. Guests cooking with doors open (fish frying). Frequent noice from railroad tract (train passing). Complained to front desk more than three times about loud music. Nothing seems to be done. My last resort was that I was about to call the police. Would not RECOMMEND this hotel to ANYONE.

When I flew into Atlanta I took the train to the hotel, I was told it was across the street from the train station. I didn't see it so I called. The gal at the front desk said it was on the otherside of the station, I walked to the otherside to find a parking lot and residential are. I finally got better directions from a taxi driver. The hotel was on the same side of the road as the train station, not the other side of the station, please get your directions and wording correct when you are dealing with people not knowing if they've ever been to Atlanta and walking.

Was traveling through and needed a decent priced hotel to stay at. It is a little old, but it's still okay. It's right around Lenox mall and phipps, and close to everything. For the money it was definitely worth it. The bed however wasn't the most comfortable, but I really can't complain much at all.

After reading the other reviews I thought oh me, But It was a good value so i booked it anyway. I was well pleased with my room, the staff and the location. It was Clean, and was not dated as others have stated. The Windam, or adam mark it was not, but thats not what I paid for either.

The room was not what is shown on the pictures online. The room is a extremely small one space room with no separation on the living area/kitchen area. The sleeper sofa was crammed in the room so if you had children you would be laying right across from each other with not privacy.

Only stayed one night and while its in a great part of town, the hotel is old, not maintained and very dated. Will not be staying there again.

First of all, the room had a weird smell to it. Never did figure out what that was. I ended up buying a candle just to mask the odor. The carpet had not been vacuumed. She shower stall had mildew growing all around the top where the shower meets the drywall. The high speed internet that you have to PAY for is not high speed at all. With the heavy traffic at that location, it is VERY difficult to get in and out of the Extended Stay parking lot. If I had known that it would be like this, I would have paid double to stay somewhere much nicer in Buckhead.

Room was clean and roomy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
