Great location
I went to the 2013 Final Four. This hotel helped me make the overall experience great! It was not far from downtown, because of the many ways to access the expressway. It was clean, people were nice, and service was good. I would recommend staying there for anyone,

Super Easter weekend
Had a wonderful 3 night stay over the Easter holiday visiting family. Hotel was convenient & close to family, restaurants & sites visited. Suite was very roomy & comfortable. Room was a little too close to a noisy elevator but bedroom distant enough for sound sleeping. Hotel staff very accomodating with extra towels & were very friendly. Breakfast buffet & evening snacks were very tasty & nice selection. Would definitely stay again.

The good,the bad and the really ugly
[...] I requested a room with a King bed not on the end and of course a two room suite. They reserved a one room handicapped room on the end with a King bed.When I complained, I was told they could only upgrade me to a room with two double beds and there may be an additional charge. They said that there were no more Kings available.I went directly to the Hotel Manager, [...], and told him of my dilemna. He put us in a Suite with the anticipated amenities and was very gracious in doing so. [...]

Good location
Location is great if you are going to go see something at Cobb Energy. Make sure you don't get a corner room, they are very awkward and there was a maintenance closet that employees kept banging in and out of- but we didn't ask to be we switched because we weren't going to be in the room that much. Bed was comfortable.

Embassy Suites - Atlanta Galleria
Embassy Suites - By its name is implies suites. I purchased a room and was totally unhappy with the room. [...] at the front desk really treated us right and help us get a more acceptable room. The breakfast was very good and I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to atlanta.

Excellent!
The front desk associate was very helpful in recommending restaurants. The suite was extremely large suite for two people and nicely decorated. A great manager's reception and cooked to order breakfast were served. We went to Six Flags the next day, and the drive was only about 15 minutes. This was also a fairly reasonably priced Embassy Suites for Altanta, especially considering the cocktail hours and breakfast.

skyrocket hidden fee's
My daughter asked if she could rent a movie, and made the mistake of not finding out the costs first. They could have been purchased at a store for lower than we were charged. Same for the dinner prices.
