This hotel did not match the price listed. The rooms are outdated, and the rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. One of the elevators were out of order. Also, for this price a complimentary breakfast was not offered. I will never stay at this location in the future.

I love the fact that the mall is in walking distance along with a bunch of eating areas. I was very impressed how everything was near the hotel.

Staff knowledgable, helpful, friendly. Restaurant in hotel was excellent. Lots of great amenities, except need greater selection of TV channels. In Atlanta, especially, TCM (Turner Classic Movies) should be required in all hotels. Too many ESPN channels, not enough estrogen-driven networks.

satisfied the needs that i required
i enjoyed the location of the the hotel and the objects around the location. although i would like to have a microwave next time in case i didn't finish my meal at a resturant

Long walk from hotel
northlake mall and starbucks are within a short drive or long walk from hotel. preferably the walk if its a nice day because the traffic in the area is horrible during certain times of the day

loved the bed
I enjoyed my stay. The room was very neat and clean. The bed was the best I've ever slept in!!!!! The comp cookies were a cute touch. I didn't spend much time actually in the room but the little time I spent was very enjoyable. I would stay there again when I come to Atlanta!!!!

Very nice.
Very nice hotel. Resturaunt that was attached was great. Had a very nice gym with new cardio equipment (nicer than my gym back home). Room was very nice and clean.

Pleasant Stay
This is my second visit with Doubletree and this time was very enjoyable. My room wasn't off the expressway and I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room. The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. Will definitely visit again!

Good NIght Rest
Loved it. Room was clean, spacious and smelled good too! Staff was friendly, inviting and helpful. Easy to find and right off of the interstate. I'd stay again.

Weedend Gala Trip
I booked a room with a special offer for free breakfast. I booked over the phone with a [...] representative and she assured me that breakfast was included with the room. When I went for breakfast the desk clerk insisted that breakfast did not come with the room I got, she was blunt and rude. I had to up to my room, get on my computer, pull up the booking, and go down and show her the booking before she would concede that I wasn't lying. It was inconvenient and should have been unnecessary. [...] should make sure to include all pertinent information to the hotel when they make bookings for people.
