The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff are very friendly. The only complain I have is why they will charge $20.00 for parking.

Not only is this hotel up to the Marriott standards, they have a great staff, who are professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.

It was a comfortable and very nice experience! They helped with transportation accommmodations and direction for meeting event and restaurants.

hotel has nothing really around it, but is a short walk from a good location, staff were great and rooms were clean and functional.

When I checked-in, I was informed that the only room available to me was a "handicapped accessible" one, featuring a "roll-in" shower. Should it be relevant to someone that a room is handicapped accessible when he, the guest, is not handicapped? The way that it was presented to me was in a tone that sounded both apologetic and condescending. What do I care if my room has a large bathroom appointed with an abundance of handrails? As for all of the other handicapped-accessible features found in the room, they certainly made for no-less suitable accommodations. Not to leave you, dear reader, with the impression that I'm just picking gnat-scat outta pepper; no sooner did I enter the room and the phone rang. The caller, as I discerned, was an Asian woman, who giggled lightly and asked, "You want girl?" I politely declined, and hung up. To what should I attribute the great efficiency with which that particular enterprise operated? I was too tired at the time to give that question any further thought. Finally, that very same spacious bathroom that I mentioned earlier turned out to have a leaky ceiling. There was water dripping from the light fixture in the center of the room. This I discovered only after I was already in my nightshirt and slippers, so I wasn't about to ask to be moved to another room. I simply threw a towel on the floor and went to bed. Happy Travels!

the room wasn't cleaned like it should have been, and was left with no clean towels in the morning. For the money you should offer complementary breakfast, but that wasn't the case.

There weren't a lot of amenities, but the staff was super nice and the hotel shuttle is an added bonus.

the two negatives were no small refrig for cold drinks and the confusion over gated parking charges. It says you have to pay $15.00 per night to stay there and your room key gets you out of the gate. When we left however we were not charged.
